Chapter 8 Best Day Ever

Its been a week already and the doctor said I was allowed to go back home. I missed my mum, dad, Rosie,Lucas and especially Luke. Luke has been visiting me everyday. He would tell me jokes and he also told me what was happening in school. Turns out that Megan was really depressed and she hasnt slept with anyone. I kinda felt sorry for her but on the other hand, I felt happy and Im sure that wont last long. She would be over that in about 1 minute trust me.

When I got home, I received a bouquet of beautiful, red roses. I read the letter and a smile formed on  my mouth. '' Dress up fancy. Ill pick you up at 8. Ps Im still not telling you were we are going. You'll see. Pss I love you baby. Luke. C. I went upstairs and took a warm, hot shower. I blowed dryed my hair and decided to put it in a low sided ponytail. I put on light make up and my charm bracelet that Luke had gave me when I was still in hospital. He said it  was for luck. I got out my flowy, red dress from my closet and quickly put it on, twirling around the room. I got my black gladiator high heel and waited for Luke.

The doorbell rang and I opened the door with a smile as I saw Luke leaning casually on the wall with a rose in his hand. He looked so handsome. He wore a tux and his hair was messy, making him look sexy. '' You look gorgeous baby.'' he said with a grin on his face. '' You mister look handsome.'' I said returning a grin. He gave me a peck on the cheek and led me to his car. Can this day get any better. I though.

I was singing along with The Story Of Us by Taylor Swift. '' Now Im standing alone in a crowded room and were not  speaking and Im dying to know is it killing you like its killing me? yeah and I dont want to say since a twist of fate when it all broke down and the story of us looks a lot like a tragedy now.'' I sang loudly. I saw Luke looking at me with a surprisse expression on his face. "What?" I asked him. "You have an amazing voice!" He said with a huge grin on his face. "Awww thanks baby!" I reached up to him and gave him a kiss on the cheeks. I carried on singing until the song ended.

At last we finally arrived. Luke enterwined our fingers and led the way. I saw a big hill and I was confused. Are we going to be climbing that? I thought to myself. I was about to take of my high heels when two pair of hands swooped me up into bridal style. I let out a yelp. Luke had started climbing when I asked him "You know you dont have to carry me I could just take of my high heels." I said, worriying he might drop us. Luke let out a chuckle. "Its more romantic and anyway Im strong enough to carry you with these muscular arms." He grinned. I just laughed.

Finally we reached the top. I was speechless. Everything looked so beautiful. There was a white round table under a tree, two wooden chairs, two candles that were lit up, forks  and spoons, flowers and two meals for two people. Ive never seen anything this beautiful. This has been the the sweetest thing anyone has ever done. I turned around ran to Luke and swooped him in a killing hug. I kissed him and sucked  his bottom lip, making him moan. I was so happy! Luke got my chair for me and we started to eat our meals. It was delicious! For the whole time we were talking, laughing, enjoying ourselves, telling stories, sharing secrets and having the best time of our lives.

But it was time to go home. We reached home in about 30 mins. " Tonight was the best." I said with a huge grin on my face. " Im glad you liked it." He said returning a smile."I didnt like it I loved it!" I said cheerily. He put his hands on my waist pulling me closer to him, closing the distance beetween us I put my hands on his neck and we kissed. After a few minutes pass I didnt want to let go but I had to . I gave him one last kiss and waved goodbye while saying I love you to eachother. Today was the best day ever. Cannot wait for tommorow. I love you Luke more than you know it........
