Chapter 34 The Beginning...

You know that feeling when you see nothing at all in your mind and thinking that this is the end of you? Well I didn't get that. Instead, I got something way different that I realise that Its not my time to die yet.  I see all my happy memorise, my mom and dad before they got into an accident, meeting Luke, Rose, Lucas but, they were mainly about me and Luke. Eventhough Rosie was a sut, she would always be my best friend but I can never forgive her.  The weird thing is Nathan wasn't in any of them. They were all Luke. Then an image came into my mind, me and Luke kissing for the first time. Thats when I heard voices...,,,,,,,

"You think she's gonna be okay?" A voice I recognised, somehow.

"She'll be fine Luke. She's a fighter. We all know that." A femanine voice came through. 

" I know is just after all these years I never thought that this out of all people would happen to her, she doesn't deserve it. Any of it!" 

"I know mate but, you can't plan the future." Came another voice I recognised. 

Thats when I snapped my eyes open. I was met by a bright, white ceiling. I cringe. My throat felt like I hadn't had a drink for a long time.  I let my eyes wonder to the people who were talking. 

"Omigod! Your awake we were so worride!" Megan schreeched. She looked tired with her red puffy eyes. 

"Oh thank god!" Luke breathe out, from beside me. 

"Water." I croaked out. 

Lucas came over with a glass of water and drank it in one gulped. How many days have I been in here? Worse months?! 

"What happened?" I asked sitting up but sitting back down quickly when a sharp pain erupted on my stomach.  That hurts like bitch! 

"You were in an accident Hales. We were so scared out of death when we heard what happened! We came as soon as we can!" Luke answered. 

I looked him over and he was the far worst. His hair was messy, but his eyes said it all. They were puffy and dull. For one I actually thought he cared for me. 

"Erm guys could I talk to Luke for a minute." I asked not taking my eyes off him. 

"Sure we will be in the Caff if you need us." Lucas said, dragging Megan along with him. 

As soon as the door closed there was a thick silence in the air. I stared off into the ceiling, begging myself not burst into tears but I could feel tears startingto form already.

"Hailey, Im sorry." He said, looking at his hands on his lap, fiddiling. 

"Why are you apoogizing?" I asked. 

"Because If I hadn't slept with Rosie you guys would of still be friends, we would still be a couple, everything would of been perfect. But as a jerk like me ruined it all." His voice cracking, I thought he was crying...

He looked up and it broke my heart. Tears were falling freeley from his eyes to his face. It killed me. 

"I know your never going to forgive me... 

"I do forgive you." 

"but please can we, wait w-wwhat?"  He asked his eyebrows creased. He looked cute.

"I said I forgave you. I see how you really feel about it so I forgive you." I said, giving a small smile.

"Really!! Omigosh thank you so much!" He cried, wrapping me in an embrace. He still smelt good like last time.

We  talked all through the time I was in the hospital. He kept me company until the doctor said I could go home. I decided to stay in my mum and dad's house since I basically owe it with the rest of their money and credit cards. Megan did a welcome back party and she surprised me when she was 2 weeks pregnant! I was literally jumping on my feet in exitement! I wanted her to be happy!

"So what do you think you'll name my beautiful niece?" I asked, looking for something to wear for the party. What I still wanted to look presentable!

"Well me and Lucas were actually thinking of calling her Hailey Marie David!" She grinned when she saw my eyes nearly popping out of its socket!

"Your naming your child after me?! But why I mean Im thankfull but why?!" I asked, wanting to know why.

"Because your everything I want my daughter to be. I want you to be her role model through life. Your the bestest friend any person can ever have your like my sister. Eventhough your parents died, your best friend cheated with both of your ex boyfriend you still went through all through those times. No other person can do that without them breaking apart. Thats what I want my daughter to be strong." She grinned. 

I cried and gave her the bestest hug, carefully since I didn't want to hurt my niece. 

"Thank you so much! I love you!" I cried, side hugging her.

"Your more than welcome! I love you too Hales!" She laughed. 

After we got all sorted we went downstairs and partied on! This party is so for me might as well enjoy it! I felt someone hug me from behind and I knew who it was by the smell of him. 

"Hey!" He grinned cheekily. 

"Hey!" I said back matching his cheeky smie. 

"So I just want to say that I love you. You don't have to say it back but I just wanted you to know.I m-mean, erm...." He blushed. 

I laughed, enjoying his nervousness. 

I put my arms around his neck and brought him closer. 

"I love you too." And kissed him, slowly.

His hands curled to my waist and I fiddled with his hair, loving how my fingers flowed through it. 

He grinned and I just coudn''t help myself from grinning back. 

Today was just the start of The Story Of Us.........
