third p.o.v

Lui woke up in the middle of the night crying. He has been having these nightmares ever since that encounter he had when he was little. He hasn't told anyone about it, but he had been thinking about telling David. Lui was shaking and shivering, so he then cuddles closer to David. David wakes up because of this. "Are you okay Lui? You're shakin'. Is everything alright?" David asked concerned. "Y-Y-Yeah... I'm f-fine..." Lui said shakily. "Are ya sure?" David asks sitting up. "I-I'm sure..." Lui replied quietly.

David brought Lui closer to him, and kissed his forehead. Lui blushed under his lovers lips. He smiled at this, and relaxed a little bit. David wiped away the falling tears. David laid back down hugging Lui close to him. Lui relaxed more, and faintly smiled to himself. He felt like he was safe when David was holding him close. Lui felt as if nothing can hurt him when he's in an embracement with his lover.

After what felt like hours, the couple fell asleep close together. They smiled at this in their sleep knowing that they love each other dearly. They both knew that.

•time skip to the morning•

Lui woke up before David. He decided to get out of bed, and make breakfast for both of them. Lui went to the kitchen to make some turkey bacon (I like turkey bacon better, okie?), toast, and eggs. Lui was almost done cooking when he heard footsteps coming down the stairs. He smiled, and put glasses of water on the table for both of them.

"What are ya makin' Lui?" David asked sleepily. "Breakfast." Lui said. "I mean, what kind of breakfast." David said with a chuckle. "Turkey bacon, toast, and eggs." Lui replied. "Oh, okay." David smiled, while sitting down at the table. "Here you go." The shorter male said, while handing David the plate. "Thanks Lui." David said, while Lui was sitting down.

While the two males were eating, David's was thinking about what he has done to himself. 'Should I just tell him? No, no; I can't. What if he won't love me anymore if I tell him about my cuts? Ugh! I don't know what to do!' David mentally yelled at himself. "David, are you okay? You seemed stressed. Is there something you're not telling me? What's bothering you?" Lui questioned worriedly. "...No, I'm not." David confessed. "You want to tell me what's wrong?" Lui asks with a worried expression on his face. David nods. "It all started a few months ago..."

~flash back to a few months ago~

David was talking to Tyler (wildcat) and Craig (MiniLadd) on Skype and he told them about how he likes Lui.

"Wait....WAT?!?! YOU LIKE LUI?! OH MEH GURD!" Craig asked in a loud voice, with a hint of fanboyingness. "Yes, I do like him. I like him a lot." David admits. "What's wrong with you David? What would you like a guy for?" Tyler asks annoyed. "What's wrong with me liking s guy?" David asks slightly confused. "It's just that, liking a guy is wrong and dumb." Tyler says. "I kinda agree with Tyler on this one David." Craig says slightly guilty. "Oh...Okay then." David replies sadly. "Why am I still talking to you faggot?" (a/n I hate that word so much. If you get offended by it, let me know.) Tyler asks really pissed off. "Tyler, you don't need to be that mean." Craig says. "N-No, it's f-fine." David said on the verge of tears. "Is he really crying about this?! My god, what a wimp!" Tyler states. "Tyler! That's enough!" Craig shouts, clearly pissed off. "No! David needs to learn that being gay is wrong!" Tyler shouts angrily. After Tyler said that, David left and went into the bathroom. "I'm so stupid!" He shouts. David reaches for the blade and begins to cut. He cried himself to sleep.

~end of flash back~

"And that is why I have these cuts on my wrists." David said showing Lui the cuts. "Oh my god... I'm so sorry David... You should have told me or Evan about this." Lui replies about to cry. "I didn't know what to do Lui... I was scared..." David says crying. Lui goes over to him and hugs him. "Shh. Don't cry David. It's going going to be okay." Lui said calmly.

After about fifteen minutes, David started to calm down. Lui didn't know what else to do to try and calm him down more. Lui had an idea but wasn't sure if he wanted to do it. 'Should I do it? No, I can't. But, this might make him a little happier, and calm him down. I'm going to do it.' With that, Lui brought Davids face close to his and gently kissed him. David was shocked at first but then kissed back softly. They pulled away from the kiss for air. "You know I'll always love you David." Lui said smiling. "I know, and I'll always love you Lui." David replied happily.
