Jimin began to notice Yoongi's unusual behaviour. Jimin had no idea why Yoongi all of a sudden began avoiding everyone. Sure Yoongi may be very reserved and introverted but he's noticed his change in behaviour ever since they graduated highschool together. He loved Yoongi unconditionally. As a good friend he cares for him.
While Yoongi just was in his apartment room or at his studio. Yoongi was figuring out a good melody for his songs, he found a good melody for his song boys. What he didn't know was that Jimin quietly entered his room. Hearing a guitar strumming faintly.
" I've been hiding for so long These feelings, they're not gone Could I tell anyone?"
Jimin recognizes the voice coming from upstairs. He can hear pretty clearly because Yoongi's door was open. Which was a weak move. Jimin quietly sat on the couch and listened carefully to Yoongi's song.
"Afraid of what they'll say So I push them away I'm acting so strange."
Yoongi may not have such a strong vocal range but his octave voice has some tune and vibe in there. He strummed his guitar and sang his song in a sad expression.
" They're so pretty it hurts I am talking 'bout boys Not talking bout girls They look so pretty with their button-up shirts."
That left Jimin in shock. 'Yoongi hyung is... gay? Is that what he's been hiding from us...?' Jimin thought to himself silently. Yoongi groaned in frustration and he stopped singing and flipped the pages of songs to sing a different one. Jimin noticed he stopped singing so he just sat there. Trying to figure out why and when did this all take place. The strumming of the guitar stopped. Yoongi stop singing. It went silent till he started sobbing. Jimin slowly walks up the stairs. Into Yoongi's room and stands in the door way.
"I shouldn't be feeling this But it's too hard to resist Soft skin and soft lips Should be into this gal But it's just a waste of time She's really not my type I know what I like No, this is not a phase Or coming of age This will never change."
Yoongi coughed and put his guitar down. He cried softly. Just getting sad over the thoughts of coming out. " Hyung?" Yoongi got startled and looked behind him. Fear built up in his eyes, " J-Jimin... you heard e-everything right...?" Yoongi hiccuped and wiped his tears to make it look like he was just having a mental breakdown.
" I heard it all... is there something your hiding from us?" Jimin walked closer to Yoongi and sat on his bed. Yoongi looked away. I felt ashamed and stressed out. " minnie.. I-I'm gay..." Yoongi looked back at Jimin who stared at him with no emotion. Then Jimin let's out a smile and leans forward to kiss Yoongi's cheek. Jimin hugs Yoongi tightly. The older begins sobbing into Jimin's shoulder. " Hyung... i support you. Remember when Jungkook came out as pan? I'm bisexual aswell! Don't worry... the others will accept you... Taehyung will feel the same!" Jimin wiped Yoongi's tears away.
" you're right about everyone else accept Taehyung... he's gonna hate me for it..he told me he hates gays straight to my face..." Yoongi's expression fades.
