Hi, my name is Kagari Shusei, i'm an enforcer and......agh who do i cheat? i dont like all of this formal expression.
There's one thing you must know about me and it's that...first i'm a latent criminal and the other thing....i hate sybil system. A system created by the hand of God, the perfection.
I was flagged in a psycho pass test when i was five. I've been a latent criminal since then. Its a memory that i want to forget but the heartbreaking look my parents had...thats something that is still burned into my mind.
After that i was confined into a facility in complete isolation, and everyday like a clock, it was teraphy, counseling and pharmacologic care against stress.

I felt like a lab animal.

When i was 19 years old, i was still into the facility, an enforcer was murdered and Ko was degrated to an enforcer, i was choosen to become an enforcer. Just because Sybil System judged i had aptitude for that.

I didn't really understood what was the meaning of protect healthy cityzens.

They are just good for nothing.

They dont really know what kind of people are the healthy cityzens with a hue that isn't cloudy. Well that cityzens treated me like trash where ever i went, specially if you are a children or an adolescent who has a cloudy hue, but i do enjoy my work as an enforcer, i mean i have really good partners Ko, Masaoka, Yayoi, Shion and Gino (he's a little bad with enforcers but he's cool).

Tomorrow a new enforcer is going to be transfered to our Division, i suppose its ok if he or she doesnt interfer in the operations.

Lets see what happens tomorrow.
