Currently Erik was running around the compact muon solenoid coil chamber which held the Tesseract inside, he kept tweaking pieces while telling me the effects of what each tweak he made did; out of all his techy babble though I managed to determine that he was trying to stabelise the Tesseract so that it would keep the doorway open... Apparently I was already supposed to know what this 'doorway' was, unfortunately though I had no clue. "Sapphy stop drifting, hand me that red wire over there." Erik instructed so I wandered over to a small table with different pieces and handed the fine red wire over to him.
"Doctor, do you actually think this will work, I mean SHIELD are gonna be on your backs for this." I was genuinely curious and it was like I was talking to the real Erik only his intentions were more sinister and his eyes were that freaky bright blue. He had been explaining each and every detail to me and you'd think since I wasn't on their side that I'd be taking notes so that when I escaped I would know how to reverse engineer this thing; I think that somewhere behind those freaky eyes the real Erik was begging me to learn and stop it all happening, but sorry Erik it just isn't going in it's like math I can't process that either.

I continued to hand Erik pieces of equipment and babble on about how I wanted to go home and just chill in my room with some cookies and soda. Erik laughed at me a few times and then went on to explain what he was doing during my gaps of speech. Clint walked in holding a tablet and Erik looked up leaving the other scientists to focus on the CMS device. "Put it over there," Erik instructed a scientist holding something up before turning back to Barton, "Where did you find all these people?"
"SHIELD has no shortage of enemies doctor." Clint answered swiping the tablet screen before flipping it around to Erik and me who was peeking over Erik's shoulder. Iridium, that's a surprise, but I actually knew the reason they might need it for this, stabilizing agent I bet you anything! "Is this the stuff you need?" I was about to go for a wonder when Erik began explaining that it was found in meteorites and forms anti-protons which are very difficult to get hold of apparently. Did that mean I was wrong about the stabilizing agent thing, 'cause I was certain. "Especially if SHIELD knows you need it." Barton confirmed and Selvig looked a little agitated and exhausted by that fact.
"Well I didn't know!" He announced as smug Fancy dress boy walked in. "The Tesseract is showing me so much. It's more than just knowledge it's... Truth."
"I know." Fancy dress half smiled at him before turning his gaze on Barton and made a bodily movement to face him. "What did it show you, Agent Barton?" Damn him and his freaky control over my friends! I hate him! Barton walked over to a case and opened it then looked over his arrow bolts.
"My next Target." Barton stated looking up a bit to Fancy dress who was smiling more now and I was desperate to punch him so hard in the face!
"Tell me what you need?"
"A double cheese burger, extra large fries, a huge cup of diet coke and one of those apple pie thingies that they sell at that place." I cut in and saw Fancy dress tense; oh had he forgotten about me, now that hurts-not! Barton didn't seem fazed by the interruption and barely spared me a glance as he continued.
"I'll need a distraction," He grabbed his bow from another case, "And an eyeball." He finishes making me grimace while fancy dress grinned menacingly; going back to the whole madman thing, he's completely nuts!

Clint was escorting me through the maze of halls since Fancy dress was busy talking with someone. "Hey Clint, do you think Nat's doing alright? I mean she went on that mission and was supposed to come back today; have to admit I was a bit worried about her, but it's Nat so yeah she can handle herself right?" Clint didn't answer me or offer reassurance like he usually did when I worried about Nat. "You're a douche bag like this you know? You were supposed to be taking me and Nat out tonight for my birthday! I'm twenty-one now I can drink legally, but it's my birthday and you're a douche bag!" Here comes another break down, I wasn't really used to celebrating my birthday after all I'd only been celebrating for three years since Nat made a point of celebrating it and now it was like a happy little tradition with my kick ass adoptive SHIELD family. Fancy dress had to go ruin everything for me and I will whup his butt for it eventually.
