Chapter Seven

Eyes opening I saw myself in another prison cell of Midgard, my face hurt and I felt surprisingly weary. Sapphire kicked me in the face, perhaps I deserved it considering the condition she was in; her skin appeared charred in places, her lips coloured with a coat of her own blood and fine bleeding cuts all over her body. Something else though that shocked me was the fact she had wings, large beautiful black silk feather wings with patterns of the ancient world glowing blue and violet on her wings, but they were broken and ruffled because of me. Taking this world using an army would have worked if not for the avengers, but if she had been on my side they would have been useless against us. She was born literally to be a queen, but she protects this world with them and the people in it.

Heels clicked along the concrete floor beyond my cell and then stopped. A key in the door swung the cell door open and I moved to stand, but the cuffs on one arm were hooked to the steel bed frame which was nailed to the floor. "So sleeping beauty is finally awake." I looked up seeing Sapphire all cleaned up in a pair of black tight trousers and a black leather jacket, her boots reached her knee and had quite high heels on them; if I was to stand she would be the same height. "Oooh that looks sore, how does it feel?" She sat at the end of the bed leaning against the cinder block wall and crossing her legs over. "Did I kick you so hard you can't talk?" She asked turning her head so that her stunning blue eyes locked with mine. "Poor little monster, I did didn't I." She was mocking me, this was how she worked what she did; playfull and sharp witted along with devious and calculated. Sapphire was smarter than most here.
"How did you know of me where I come from, what and who I am?" She seemed shocked at my voice, but she smirked looking around the room and sighing. She looked up seeing a camera and frowned before hopping up and shutting the door.
"I have my tricks Fancy dress and you have yours."
"Thor told you didn't he?"
"No... Thor could not tell me of your feeling of betrayel and anger when you learned who you truly were. Thor could not tell me of the conversation you had with Odin after you touched the casket." She slowly approached me with a fluid walk that of an Asgardian royal. When she reached me she leaned down meeting my gaze before moving so that her lips were near my ear. "I can read your mind Fancy dress, that's my secret... Hey!" Sapphire snapped when I grabbed her jacket pulling her closer causing her to fall straddling my waist.
"I assume the reason you closed the door and whispered was because SHIELD does not know." I felt her tense realising that I could use it against her, but I wouldn't unless absoluetly necessary.
"No they don't, but feeling me up isn't going to get you out of here Fancy dress, I left the keys in the lock outside the door." Sapphire chuckled and this time I smirked pulling her even closer. She was hesitant to comply, but allowed me without argument.
"I already knew you left the keys Sapphire, I'm allowed to be curious." Immeadiately Sapphire pulled back trying to move so I tightened my grip on her waist. "Unless you want our little secret about your tick to reach SHIELD stay still and behave."
"You won't, I know you won't it hurts you too much to know that you hurt me in some way so you won't hurt me anymore than you already have. I'm a mind reader Loki your mind is like a book to me and I've read the entire story." Again she tried to move so I pulled her closer and turned so that she was under me. "Why didn't they cuff both hands?" Sapphire asked more herself before she tried shoving me back so I grabbed her hands with my free hand and she huffed in defeat. "What do you want, but before you ask I am not helping you escape."
"I wouldn't ask you to help me escape, you'd simply throw me back as soon as you had chance; far too loyal for that, something smaller, much more simple."
"What the-" Sapphire froze beneath me when she realised, but she didn't fight so I closed the space and met her lips. They were soft just like silk and after a while she relaxed and started to kiss me back. She was stunning, beautiful and deadly and her lips were intoxicating so much so that I didn't notice Thor stood in the doorway.
"I did not expect to find this." Thor announced and Sapphire recovered from her actions shoving me off and walking over to Thor and backing him up to the wall.
"You say nothing of what you saw, this never happened." Saphire warned and Thor nodded before she hurriedly left. Thor looked to the doorway as the sound of her heels got futher away then he looked back to me grinning like a fool.
"What?" I snapped at him and he just smiled more before he calmed down.
"This is progress brother, but brother she is more than most could handle." Thor stated what was already obvious.
"What does it matter, you're dragging me back to Asguard I'll never see her again!" I shouted, he knew I was right and his expression turned grim. "Then you must forget her."
"Then you forget that precious mortal you love so much Thor! How can I forget something so unique?" How could I forget the moment of sweet bliss she just gave me and to know I could never have it again was worse than any torture Odin could come up with. "You can't, I am sorry brother."

Sapphire P.O.V

How could I let that happen? I'm so stupid Fancy dress kissed me and I bloody let him God I want to punch something. Best thing to do is hope no one was watching via that camera and stay calm act normal. Calming myself I walked down the hall towards the room where everyone had been just as Tony walked out and grabbed my arm making me walk backwards very quickly until we were stood in what appeared to be a broom closet. Original. "Tony what the hell?"
"Don't what the Hell me I was going to what the Hell you. I saw the footage figured there would be comedy in your convo and there was for a bit, but then..." Tony explained and I stared wide-eyed at him. He saw so that meant...
"Who else saw it Tony?" I asked urgently and he thought on it.
"None of the others know about it, I erased the footage, but if anyone else already saw it do you know what that could mean for you?"
"Yes they'll assume me an acomplice and I'll be put under interrogations where they will take the opportunity to get everything out of me and there are things that I want to stay secret."
"As soon as they think you are hiding something they may resort to other means or lock you away until the end of it." Tony stated and I nodded, it was all my stupid fault. "You'll be just another one of SHIELD's dark little secrets."
"Thank you for establishing that Tony, but what do I do?" Tony thought about it then frowned and grabbed my shoulders.
"You're not working with Reindeer games?"
"Reindeer games? wha- oh Loki? No way do you really think I would?"
"No you enjoy antagonizing him too much, just thought I'd make sure... Jarvis I want you to create a past for Sapphire, she's going to be my sister that way my lawyers are her lawyers."
"Yes sir." Jarvis said and my jaw dropped. Did Tony really just do that for me? Why would he help me, he doesn't even know me that well.
"Tony why would you help me?"
"You helped me back there on the other side I saw you fighting and I want to know what you are, but more than anything it's comedy value I think you're funny and it will annoy the hell out of SHIELD."
"Oh... Okay then." I smiled, those reasons were good enough for me. "Thank you." Tony smiled and opened the door.
"Sir Loki is about to be taken back to Asgard." Jarvis informed Tony who grabbed my arm again and dragged me through the base until we were out and rushing towards the transport location.

Thor was stood holding a glass cylinder containing the Tesseract with Loki stood in front of him with a metal gag covering his lower face. "Got anything to say for yourself?" Steve asked getting Fancy dress to look at him and he seemed to think before nodding. Everyone looked at each other before Clint nodded so Thor yanked off the gag and Loki looked around at everything and all of us. His gaze fixed on me and the intensity in his eyes was shocking.
"I'll come back for you." Fancy dress promised and I hissed, if that footage had been seen then I can garuntee that whoever saw it just heard him say that which meant.
"Sapphire Lamya please step to the side for a moment and put your hands on your head." I cursed, but did as was ordered I did not want to be shot right now. Fury came down the road and looked me over with indifference as the others watched curious.
"Let me make this clear to you Lamya, you are no longer an angent of SHIELD, you are stipped of your human rights and from what I've seen they never applied to you in the first place since you're not human." Fury stated and I turned to Fancy dress, he'd just destroyed me, everything I had was now gone.
"Damn you! I hope you rot." I hissed at Fancy dress as Thor placed the metal gag back on his face and my arms were pulled behind my back and my wrists cuffed. "Fury I haven't done what you think I did just let me..." A sharp burst of pain and then I fell to my knees my head falling forward as my vision momentarily blurred. "Wh-what was that?" I asked and Fury yanked me back to my feet.
"That usually works, it was a drug that temporaryily stuns the body into paralysis."
"Whoa, Fury, yeah you can't do that." Tony announced and Fury steadied me as I stumbled.
"Why can't I?"
"Because I have an army of really good lawyers and Sapphire? Yeah she's my sister now there are even documents to prove it." Tony stated as I noticed Thor had left with Loki. Good bloody riddance always screwing up my stuff, Fancy dress if he ever comes back he'll regret it.
"So what will you do?"
"She's my sister not my daughter she can do what she likes."
"Good, take these off and take me to Erik I'm going home right now!" I instructed and Fury smiled a little, but hid it quickly removing the cuffs. "Tony can I have tea at your place?"
"Yeah Pepper will want to meet you." I smiled and nodded before walking away, I was going back and staying with Jane and Darcy again I had to see them, but failing that I'd go find my best friend Sky.
