Chapter 6

(Luke's Pov)

Ashely and I started to walk away from the shocked group of teenagers. I heard footstep coming towards us fast. I turn around to see Calum running at us. I just smirked and told Ashely to walk ahead a bit. Calum came at me trying to punch me but i dodged and letting him keep running until i realized Ashely was behind me. I turn to see Calum, who by the way hasn't stopped running, pick her up and carrying her over his shoulder. My eyes widened as he carried her. I snapped out of my daze and ran after them. But they got to far ahead and i didn't know which way they went. I sighed and took out my phone.

To: Ashely <3 - Please answer this as soon as you get it i need to know if your ok. I will Freaking kill Calum if he hurts you! Please tell me if you ok.

I started to walk to my house which wasn't to far away.

(Ashely's Pov)

Calum just basically kidnapped me. I didn't fight him because i was in shock.I felt my phone buzz in my back pocket and instantly knew it was from Luke.

"Ashely im sorry i just need to get you away from that prick" Calum sighed as he put me down.

"Cal why?" Im still so confused about this whole situation.

"I-i no i can't im sorry"

"No Cal please tell me"

"Okay but do you promise not to laugh?" i nodded, He sighed

"Okay well um... I honestly really hate Luke for all the thing he did to you and i- i think i l-love Maggy"

"Okay but that still doesn't explain carrying me all the way over to your house"

"I know i just- i needed to get you away from him, I don't want you falling for him" i turned around and started to walk away

"Ashely wait-"

"No Cal im a freaking 17 year old i can handle myself!" i yelled running away from him. I stopped running when i reached the park seeing no one was there i climbed to the top of the playground and rested my head against the wall. My phone buzzed again so i decided to look at it now.

From: Luke 🐧- Please answer this as soon as you get it i need to know if your ok. I will Freaking kill Calum if he hurts you! Please tell me if you ok.

From: Luke 🐧- Ashely please answer me

To: Luke 🐧- Luke im fine i just need a bit to cool off Cal really got on my nerves.

I got up and climbed down from the playground just as it started to rain. what a wonderful day today. I walking into my house to see my mom and dad sitting at the kitchen counter.

"Mum! Dad! you didn't tell me you where coming home today!" i squealed. I rarely get to see them so this was super exciting.

"Aww darling we missed you too!" My mom said before giving me hug. I broke out of the embrace to run and hug my dad.

"When are you guys here until?" I asked

"Tomorrow at noon"

"Really? does that mean i can stay home from school then tomorrow?"

"Sure hon" I smiled the widest smiled i have in awhile.

"Do you want to watch a movie on Netflix?" My dad asked. I nodded and told him i'd set it up. While i was pick a movie the door bell rung and my dad went to answer it.

"Ash?"

"Yea?"

"There is someone here to see you" i stood up and walked to the door to see Luke being stared down by my father.

"Oh Hi Luke. Um dad this is Luke. Luke this is my dad" i gave him a small smile.

"Ashely why is he here"

"Im sorry Mr. Tomson but i needed to talk to her about our english project we need to work on" oh right i forgot about that.

"Oh ok well Ashely you two go upstairs to you room but no funny business because i will be checking on you two"

"Okay" I walked up to my room with Luke following me

"Oh my gosh thank god your okay" i laughed

"Okay well for the english project what play do you want to do?"

"A classic"

"Like?"

"Romeo and Juliette" I nodded thinking about it

" But what about the kissing in it? You don't want to kiss me in front of th-" i was cut off by Luke kissing me. wow he does that a lot

"I don't mind at all" he mumbled against my lips. he lulled away and looked at me shyly

"Um Ashely do you want to be my girlfriend?"
