Zoe soon arrived at Theos door and knocked quietly

"Come in!" She heard her sister shout. As Zoe entered she saw Dianne sat on the bed reading a magazine

"What's going on TJ?" Zoe asked her look alike who was packing back and forth.

"I had a phone call." The youngest Sugg shared

"What kind of phone call?" She asked confused, but something about the way her sister had said it made the oldest Sugg worry.

"Before we left, I had a doctors appointment, nothing too serious just...I was having some pain in my lower stomach, like cramps but really bad. They said it was nothing"

"What? What didn't you tell us?" Dianne worried, as if reading Zoe's mind.

"There was nothing to worry about at the point, they said it was nothing but they did a few tests. It was just a routine appointment so I didn't think to tell you unless things got bad. Everything was fine."

"Was?" Zoe wondered and Theos mood shifted and her eyes fell to the floor.

"Theo, what's going on?" Zoe panic as her sister looked up with tears in her eyes.

"I have cancer Zo." The young girl told her sister. Zoe felt her whole world stop when her sister spoke the worlds no person ever wants to hear.

"OMG, Teddy, I'm so sorry." Dianne broke the silence as she stood up and moved to hug the girl.

"How...how bad is it?" Zoe finally managed to question. She was surprised to see a small smile appear on her sisters face.

"Acctually it's not bad, it can be removed and I will have to have radiotherapy but I have a 90% chance of a full recovery."

"Have you told Joe and Jack yet?" Dianne asked but the young girl shook her head.

"No yet. Joe is gonna be tough to tell you know, because he's my twin and it's gonna kill me telling him this but I know he'll be OK when I explain it to him." Theo explained and both Dianne and Zoe agreed.

Though Joe and Theo play fought and gave each other shit alot, they still loved each other and they were still twins. Twins that felt each others pain, they could read the other like an open book. Joe and Theo were as close as twins could be and hearing this was going to kill him.

"And Jack?" Zoe wondered but Theo let out a sigh and sat on the bed.

"Jack and I, we're in a great place. We love each other, we're happy and we've even gotten to the point in our relationship where we have been thinking about our future together."

"Ok?" Dianna added, confused.

"We were talking about kids and where we'd live. Brighton by the way, close enough to still be able to head into London for work but not in a big bustling city." Theo smiled as she looked up at Zoe who smiled.

"We had everything we wanted planned out and now..."

"Now you're worried he's gonna leave you when he finds out?" Zoe asked.

"God no, I know he'll be by my side though all over it." Theo argued and Zoe smiled, happy her sister felt confident enough in her boyfriend to know that.

"So what's the issue?"

"Jack was the one who brought up wanting kids, he wanted us to have at least two. we would be a family and I agreed because it's what I want too, it's everything I've ever wanted."

"Sounds great." Zoe smiled at her sister but the smile faltered when she saw her sister crying.

"To remove the tumour, they have to remove one of my ovaries and the tube. Which limits my chances of having kids by 50%."

"Oh My Gond, I'm so sorry TJ." Zoe hugged her sister tight as tears began to stream fast down the Youngest Suggs cheeks.

"How do I tell him I might not be able to give him the life we want?" Theo cried into her sisters shoulder. Dianne sat by the two siblings and grabbed ahold of Theos hand gaining her attention.

"Look, Teddy, you need to think positively about this."

"How?"

"Well the doctors have said that kids aren't 100% off the table, it just means trying harder when the time comes." Dianne comforted the tearful Vlogger.

"Trying for a kid will be fun" Theo smirked through her tears making Zoe laugh a little.

"And if you don't get pregnant, there are always other options, like adoption, IVF and even surrogacy." Zoe reminded her, "you and Jack can have what ever life you want, but first you have to tell him. Don't leave it to long to tell them both Sis, it will only hurt them more if you keep it from them."

Theo nodded and let out a sigh when she heard her phone ring for the hundredth time.

She picked it up and saw it was Jack. She took a deep breath and answered the call.

"Hello..."

"Theo...where are you?" Jack called frantically to his girlfriend.

"Jack, I need to speak to you, Joe too."

"What? Why? What's going on?"

"Can you just find him and come to our room?"

"We'll be right there."
