Drift's POV:
The sunlight pours in from the windows, shining on our bed sheets. Dammit, I forgot to close the shades last night. I try to sit up straighter, but Raptor was wrapped around me. His arms were messily wrapped around my chest, with his face resting on my shoulder. As cute as he looked, Raptor always snores loud enough to wake me up. I can't check my phone, since it's in the other room, and I can't get Raptor off of me without waking him up. I lay there with nothing else to do, other than try to untangle Raptor's arms and free myself. Before I even make a move, Raptor screams, making push him off me and jump out of the bed in fear. "What?! What happened?!" I ask, worried. Raptor flops around in the sheets, trying to free himself. The sheets fly off the bed, and Raptor lies face down in the pillows. "R-Raptor?" I ask, concerned. What the hell just happened? A nightmare? A spasm? No response. I frown, and I walk over and cautiously turn him over facing me, worried what may happen. Raptor's eyes are closed, assuming it was a nightmare, as they're becoming more common. All the sudden, a smile cracks on his lips, refraining from laughter. I let go of him, sighing in relief but also frustrated. Raptor starts laughing his ass off, sitting up straight. I growl. "Raptor!! That's seriously not funny!!" I say, my anger rising. Why does he have to find the most scary pranks the best? Raptor is holding his stomach, trying to refrain himself from probably choking from his laughter. "Y-you got to admit, that we pretty good!" Raptor says, finally getting a hold of himself. I close my eyes in frustration. I could really go off on him, but I've been doing that too much lately.Sorry for the short chapter! ;( Just felt like putting this out~ ❤️
