Dear Kim,Pardon my handwriting. You know this isn't an easy thing to do on my part, so please bear with me. I just want to let these things out on paper.
Here it goes...
I never told you this, but before you in it, my life passed by monotonously; the days went by in blurs, and nights were moonless. Then you came along, and everything changed. For a while then I never thought that someone could understand me, let alone see me that way. But you did. And that's how I knew.
Believe it or not, there are mornings when I'd wake up and ask myself if you were a dream 'cause sometimes I still can't grasp the thought of how we came to be. Then I'd read your message on my phone, and reality hits me, and I'd know you're as real as I am. And I'd feel like the luckiest guy in this world.
There's not a single day since I left that town that I don't miss you, and your laugh, the smile on your face, the shine in your eyes, your voice (I mean naturally & not over the phone), and everything else about you.
Sometimes I'd still wish that I'd known you for longer than I actually do, then we'd have more times together like those we had last summer. So now I'm looking forward to having more tomorrows with you.
I know I've said it multiple times before, and you're probably tired of hearing it, or you're rolling your eyes right now (which is cute, by the way), or you're going to say that I shouldn't have, but I'm really sorry you didn't get to leave that town to pursue an education here in this city. If it were possible, I would've traded places with you instead 'cause you deserve it, and it'll make you happy. And if you're happy and smiling, then something in me beats to life, and I feel just as well. But it's never too late. You can dream of other bigger things, and I know you can make them all come true. You're Kim Possible. And I'll always be there by your side whatever happens.
I don't mean to sound like a broken record, but when I said always, I mean infinite possibilities in circumstances and time.
Months ago, I told you that I'm not ambitious. I think I'm taking it back now. I have one ambition, I just realize. And it's what keeps me going and trying my best here, so I can give you the life you always wanted, and we can have the life we always wanted. It doesn't have to be grand, and it doesn't have to be perfect. Life with you is more than enough. And I can't wait to share moments of ups and downs; to see the world from a new angle; to laugh at the same things and fight about the silliest things with you. I know they'll all be worth it 'cause you're worth it.
Just hang in there, Kimberly, and wait for me.
Always,
BenjieP.S.: You're the best thing that ever happened to me.
P.P.S.: Te extraño mucho.
