"I want to disappear, just to see who would look for me."

"Yuqi, could you collect the homework assignments and hand them to me after recess?" The teacher asked.
"Yes, of course." She replied helpfully and began collecting the assignments.
"Yuqi~ I didn't do my assignment, can you give me yours so I that can copy it?" the girl asked, battling her eyelashes, trying to look innocent.
It was the same girl who was with Namjoon the day at the carnival, the girl who tried stealing him from her, the girl who had poisoned his lips.
"I'm sorry but it's way past the deadline." Yuqi said hesitantly, backing away from her.
"What kind of crap is that?! You're the class rep aren't you? You can't even help out a fellow classmate?" She yelled grabbing Yuqi's collar and pulling her.
"I-I'm s-sorry! I'll give it to you."
"No. You're gonna put yours under my name. My name's Jong Su by the way." She smirked as she let her go, making her fall on the floor.
"What? But what about mine? I won't get marks-"
"I. Couldn't. Care. Less!" She yelled, looking down on Yuqi as she sauntered out of the room.
'It's just this once. I'll help her just once.' Yuqi told herself as she reached for her assignment, wondering why she couldn't stop her fingers from trembling.
She put Jong Su's name on her assignment and spent the whole recess completing another one for herself.
No one came for her, no one looked for her, no one cared that she skipped lunch. No one but Namjoon but when he took a day off, Yuqi would feel miserable and forlorn. She would yearn for the day to end somehow, quickly, painlessly.
She would always wonder what would happen if she suddenly disappeared or died. Out someplace cold and desolate, lying in a pool of crimson despair, engulfed by the darkness, lost and forgotten forever.
Yuqi shook her head trying to concentrate on the assignment. She knew no one would even notice that she's gone, that was how little her presence mattered to them. But she was already used to it.
She quickly handed the teacher the assignments and went back to her class.
Jong Su was standing by her desk waiting for her with a sly grin etched onto her face.
"I heard you're close to Namjoon." She said as she patted the seat next to her, "Come sit here."
"But- I- I mean- I ca-"
"S i t ."
Jong Su glared at Yuqi who quickly settled next to her, utterly defeated, without even putting up a fight.
"Namjoon hasn't been replying to my texts or calls since the carnival. Can you believe it?" She said as she fanned her face with her hands and wiped a few crocodile tears.
Yuqi stared at the desk and remained quiet. She thought about the carnival and smiled.
"Hey! Are you listening?" Jong Su said as she hit Yuqi on the shoulder. "Could you like, get him to reply or something? Tell him I need to talk to him. It's important, okay?"
"O-okay..." Yuqi sighed.
She wanted to refuse but she couldn't, she wanted to tell her off but she was too scared. If she fought with her, no one would take her side. How would Namjoon look at her if she did that? Would he... Turn his back on her? Would he leave like everyone else?
