Screams snapped her out of her thoughts as the sound of glass breaking was heard across the room. Everyone screamed in terror. They fall on the floor, trying to protect themselves from the glass. Then, they shakily tried to standed on their feet as they were still a little shaken . They started running when giant scary men started killing people. Everyone was running, trying to find a escape. The Queen was horrified, she run to her husband as he was yelling for the guards but no one showed up.

They gasped once they realised who they are. They were barbarians. Their appearances were rare. No one knew where they were. Some say, they were hidden in the shadows. It was really hard to locate them since they were hidden really well, they were noiseless, no one could predict their next move. They were known for being cruel, reckless and coldhearted. They do not show kindness or affection to anyone. They didn't care for no one. They always do what was best for them and their people.

Isabella didn't know who they are or what they want. She could feel their power randing off of them. Their clothes and emotion creeping on their faces made them look horrifying. Isabella, fearing for her life, hide herself under they table since the door was blocked from one giant man with a sword in his hand. Memories of her past popped up in her head. She started shaking as her tears slipped softly down on her rosy cheeks. She was really scared. She didn't want to die.

People screamed as they watched their husbands and families bodies fall on the floor, dead. The Queen raced out of the room to save herself with her husband following behind, not caring that their people were cruelly murdered. They knew they had abandon their son behind, fighting to stay alive, but they didn't have time to return back, since their lives were more important to them than their own son.

Suddenly, it was silent. The screams stopped. She sucked in a breath, not moving an inch. She couldn't hear anything but, then a male someone spoke," We are done, sir."

She didn't hear an answer. She decided to stay quiet. She slowly placed her butt on the cold floor as her knees started to burn but then a whimper of pain escaped her lips as a piece of glass cut her knee when she tried to straighten her legs. She froze. Her heart started pounding in her chest, praying that they did t hear her.

Her fears came true as she heard footsteps approaching her and stopped in front of the table. She swallowed as as she saw feet from under the table. Someone flipped the table around making her breath hitch. She slowly raised her head to see a man looking down at her with narrowed eyes. He bent down and moved his head closer.

Isabella was frozen, not knowing what to do. Her mind seemed to stopped working. She took in his appearance. He had long brown hair that reached his but. He had big brown eyes with small lips. He had a long beard making him look more manly. He seemed to do the same as his eyes wandered around her face before a smirk appeared in his lips.

He, suddenly, grabbed her by her small waist and throwed her over his shoulder. She whimpered when her injured knee came in contact with his silver cauldron pattern. He ignored her pained whimpers. She cringed as she felt her blood run down her leg.

She raised her heard and looked around. She looked at the lifeless bodies laying on the floor with blood around them. The people who earlier were laughing and dancing, were now dead. She didn't see Prince Eric, making her sign in relief. She might not like him but she didn't want him dead.

She was feeling weak and nauseous looking at the blood, she couldn't find the energy to fight back or the voice to scream at him to let her go.  Everything started turning making her dizzy before she blaked out, she heard this man talking to someone but she couldn't understand what he said.
