John's Younger Sister (Unordinary Fanfic)

Chapter 1

Jade POV

I make my way to my new dorm room, apparently I have a roommate. I hope she's nice. Finally finding the dorm room I knock on the door, there're three people inside.. wait these auras.

"Oh it's you! You're my new roommate!" I blink, it's Remi.

"Uh, it looks like it." I say before she lets me in.

"So what are the three of you doing here?" I ask once we made it inside.

"Huh? How did you know there was someone else here?" She asked as she led the way to her room where the other two were.

"I can see auras, so it's not a real big deal." I say looking at the other two and wave my hand and look at Isen.

"And it's because of that I'll ask you this. What exactly is your ability? You can do quite a lot with it." I say as Remi walked inside and I stayed at the door.

"Huh? Oh, my ability's called Hunter. I can target someone, see through things and from far away, along with being able to enhance my speed and strength." He says.

"Huh, that's not half bad. Anyway what are you all doing here? Not that I mind." I say leaning on the door.

"You can come in you know." She says as I blush slightly but still come in.

"We're just hanging out." Remi says as I raise a brow.

"I don't really believe that. Sure you three seem close but that bard hiding behind that curtain like thing and big pile of paper along with the bag hiding beside the desk say otherwise, that being said you don't need to tell me. I'm new after all and just like I have my secrets so do you." I say leaning back.

"So if you three need some time just tell me, I don't like praying in others business but you can count on me if you need a cover." I say before getting up.

"Now if you excuse me I have a meeting with the headmaster." I say waving my hand before walking away and out of the room making my way out of the girl dorm rooms. I didn't really have a meeting with the headmaster but I'm certainly doing one. I want to know about John and he may have answers.

It's not that late so he still should be in his office. I make my way there and knock on the door waiting for an answer that may never come and thankfully a 'come in' was heard from inside. I open the door to see the headmaster doing some paper work when he looks up.

"Ah, Jade. What may I do for you?" He asks as I walk in closing the door behind me and taking a seat on the chairs in front of his desk.

"Well this is going to sound strange but.. you do know who John is don't you? Black hair golden eyes acts like a cripple even though he's not." I say as he raises a brow.

"And how would you know about him?" He asks intertwining his fingers over his desk.

"Well this is something no one really knows and I have no real evidence to prove this to you other than the fact that our abilities are the same but, John is my older brother." I say as surprise crosses his features.

"I know shocker, long story short our parents divorced when we were really young and I got our mothers family name while he got our fathers and we never really got the chance to spend much time together after that.. I lost contact with him about three years ago a bit after he told me he finally had an ability.. and now I find out that he's posing as a cripple here with no real information as to why. He refuses to tell me too so.. I came here hoping you'd be able to give me answers." I finish while looking at him causing a sigh to leave his lips.

"John was expelled from his last school for beating half of his classmates half to death." He says making my eyes widen.

"I don't know what happened after that but I can tell you that when he came here he requested his ability to be kept secret and be treated as a cripple." He says making me look down at my lap..

"Could it be possible for me to know his room and talk to him?" I ask and it was silent for a few seconds before he told me his room.

"Ok, thank you headmaster." I say bowing before almost running to the room and make my way towards the boys dorm rooms quickly finding his room and knock on it. I was about to knock again when the door opened and out came John.

"Hi." I say intertwining my fingers behind my back.

"What are you doing here? More importantly how did you find me?" He asked.

"We need to talk, and I mean it John. Please." I say making him sigh and open the door.

"Fine, come on before Blyke comes back." John says and I nod.

"Blyke is your roommate?" I ask as he leads the way to his room.

"Yeah, you know him?" He asked.

"Yeah, he's friends with my roommate." I say as he walks into his room signaling me to come in and closed the door as I did before taking a seat on his bed.

"What do you wanna talk about?" He asks and I took a deep breath.

"Why did you beat your classmates half to death?" I ask and I see him stiff causing me to walk to him placing a hand on his shoulder.

"I'm not here to judge you John.. you know that. I just want to know. It's been 3 years since I last talked to you and now I find out about this? Please.. I'm still your sister aren't I?" I ask causing him to sigh and pat his bed for me to take a seat and I did.

"I.. I beat them because I was a shitty king and they turned on me. The one person I trusted betrayed me and turned on me convincing the others to turn on me too." He says making me bite my lip.

"What happened after?" I ask knowing there was more.

"I.. I was sent to take some special classes and there I realized what I'd done. Then dad wrote this book called Unordinary to help me and it did.. that's why I chose to be treated as a cripple. This ability, I don't deserve it, not after everything I've done." He says glaring at the ground and I hug him.
