"I wanna take you out again," Dy murmured into my hair.
"Or we could just never leave this bed." I threw my arm around her and pressed my face to her chest.
"You have to stay here in the tribe regardless, but I think it'd be a shame if all you saw was this bed." She chuckled when I blew a rasberry on her chest.
And then she left the bed, like the absolute evil villain that she was. She bent over and looked for her trousers.
"Actually you can just stay like that. I'll stay here, and you stay like that."
"You're such a creep sometimes, Al," she laughed and found her trousers, pulling them up.
"Why? Because I think you're beautiful? Why's that creepy?"
"Because I'm not beautiful," she chuckled and pulled her shirt on.
"Well, you're very wrong there." I rolled out of bed and got dressed too. She turned to me and took my face in her hands, smiling down at me.
"You're so cute," she murmured and kissed me. She had ridiculously soft lips, and I melted in her kisses. "You ready to go?"
"Yeah."
We held hands now when we walked around town. I liked holding her hand. No one ever held my hand, but Dy did. And she kept talking about stuff she was passionate about. She'd hesitate halfway through a sentence and then look down at me, to make sure I wasn't bored. I wasn't. She told me so many things about the Aatskina tribe I didn't know. Their connection to the spirits was so much stronger than ours in the capitol.
We went back to the food court. We were meeting Huck there. He apparently had a shop in another section of the factory building.
His stall was... Interesting, to say the least. Roprosthetic arms, legs, feet, hands... Everything really was covering every surface.
Huck himself was sitting by the counter, wearing a pair of glasses that made his eyes enormous.
"Hello, ladies! Welcome to my shop." He pushed the glasses up on his forehead and held out a greasy hand, motioning us to come into his stall. "Take a seat, Your... Queeness..."
