I Just Want You To Be Happy [ DISCONTINUED]

After getting off the aeroplane, and slowly making our way through customs, we got to the area where we get picked up. I started to fall asleep on the way to our hotel, so exhausted and confused.

As i dozed off i heard a familiar voice. "y/n i don't know if you can even hear me, but i really hope you can, It's been so long, way to long. I miss you being with me everyday, and it's scary because i don't know if you'll ever get to come back to me, it makes my body ache just the thought of you never waking up, i don't think i would be able to ever live without you. I've visited every day. I have never missed anyone as much as I miss you right now. I really hope you can hear me, I need you to wake up" Tom sobbed

I jumped awake. Crying my eyes out. Well that was until i looked up.  Nurses and Doctors surrounded me, which was confusing me even more. Slowly they finally moved away and i took in my surrounding. It looked to be a hospital room, white floors, white walls, and in the door way, was the love of my life. His face was tear stained, his eyes were so puffy, he looked so exhausted. But the expression on his face changed everything...
