Toms POV
I got to Zendayas and knocked on the door.
Zendaya opened it, but she looked like she had just woken up.
"Uhhh, Tom what are you doing here?"
"I needed to talk to y/n"
Y/N came up behind Zendaya.
"I'll give you two a minute" Z told us.
"Can we please talk? I just need to explain myself"
"Tom, I don't think I'm ready to talk about this yet."
"I understand, just please, please let me know when you're ready. I want you to keep the ring, even though we aren't getting married. Just take however long you need, I just want you to be happy"

Y/N's POV
And with that Tom gave me the ring back and walked away, I shut the door, and started sobbing again, collapsing to the floor.
Zendaya walked into the room.
"What did-"
"Y/N, I'm so sorry, everything will get better with time."
"I know it will, but I just want everything to be okay now."
I stared down at the ring in my hands, I knew I still loved Tom, I still wanted to get married, but my trust in him was fading away.
