CHALLENGE.
Challenges have never been her type of a thing; nor have they ever been something she craved for. They were made to twist one's mind, and make them almost go insane so they may become a greater person.
Lilian a definatly wasn't ready to become a better person, not greater. For God's sake, she just lost the person she thought she was going to spend her life with.
Because of her nervousness, she began biting down her nails slowly one by one. It was was an ugly habit she couldn't get rid of as easily as she dismissed Brian.
"Stop it." Kvasir mumbled below his breath.
Her fingers automatically flew out of her mouth while blushing like a children would when they would get caught with hands in a honey. She simply couldn't relax, not even when she wanted to - after all, she had only seven four hours to prove to Thor how wrong he was.
The only thing she was scared of was the fact Thor hasn't been wrong for all the time she was staying at club's house.
While sitting on the couch beside Kvasir with her feet under her butt with her knees bowed to the side so they would lean against Kvasir's thighs, she began trying to scratch away a skin around her nails.
Kvasir covered her hands with a one of his big palms. "You're annoying." He stated it as a fact.
With doe-looking-glance she watched her best friend. "I'm nervous." she whispered. Of course she was regretting for challenging Thor. She should have been smarter than that, but the spirit of trying to be right lead her to a wrong direction.
Kvasir simply raised one of his eyebrows. It was his way of telling to continue speaking or to explain something.
It was pretty easy to get used to Kvasir's need to stay quiet. At least, je wasn't yelling all the time like other men would when they would get angry, annoyed, mad, furious, happy, excited or simply when they would watch a football game. There was no one as simple as Kvasir, so she was thankful to have him in her life. He was all she could have wished for as a friend.
"Well, you know, I kind of..." Because of his angry stare, she began making sense. "I made a bet with Thor."
"You're going to loose."
She gasped. "I didn't even tell you what the bet is about."
"Loser." By a little smirk on his lips, she could see he was actually having fun.
"Hey!" She gently slapped his shoulder, making a few women glance over them but they returned to their meal right away when they noticed Kvasir glaring at them. Even women seemed to be afraid of him, although Lilianna wasn't sure why. "You have to believe in me. I'm your friend. Your only friend, if I may add."
He shrugged like it wasn't a big deal. "I have the club."
She rolled her eyes a little bit dramatically. "Yeah, but which one of them knows you wetted your bed until your nineth birthday, hm, friendly boy?"
He sighed, sounding a bit exhausted.
"Anyway," she continued. "Thor things there is something going on between Huggin and I." Kvasir looked at her from the corner of his eye. "Which is wrong because I can't even count on one hand how many times I've talked to him. And each time I was forced to."
