The real meeting

Conan pov.

It's a cloudy day and what irritated me was the fact there was a Kaito Kid heist to night. As KID killer I was asked to be there.. but I'm so tired.. the last few days I've been having nightmares and seeing people in black but not the organization..

 I've been on edge sense Ran figured I'm Shinichi and now is watching for me to keep that secret safe.

Ran had cornered me in the kudo manner in my room as Shinichi when the antidote was wareing off.. I was Shinichi and told her to move on sense I couldn't be there for her..

She now knows why I can't and she has someone elts now.. but she said that I'm staying as her younger brother for ever.. and I think she means it.

She had asked if I could stay home instead of going but KID sent a personal invitation to me.. so I have no choice.. she plans on being with me and has been trying to get me to take a nap.

You think I would have tried.. yes I've tried but I get a new nightmare.. when sleeping with her they stay away but they still wake me.

So I'm dead tired and am supposed to chase a old phantom thief around a building near my bedtime and about to drop dead asleep.

Yes I'm not wanting to go.. but I don't think anyone is really caring about my well being except ran and Ai.

Ai said she was going to try to come along but she was also worried she's not got nightmares but she still gets spooked by some people in black. Ran had told her and is going to help cover for us if we disappeared in some circumstances.

Ran also will help me keep her dad unconscious if he decided to wake up during the time of dedication.

She figured a lot of the things I've been keeping secrets except how I got to be a kid.. she still wants to know but nether Ai or me want to tell others yet.. it hurt and the last person we told died on the way to bring evidence to us on the black organization.

Ugh I'm rambling that's what no sleep will do to you..

I moved to my futon to try and sleep before my ride to the heist arrived but no luck because once I touched the fabric a car horn was heard signaling that my ride is here.

I get up grabbed my watch, belt, and glasses and walked to the door to put my shoes on. And then left for the heist.

KIDs pov.

I watched as my favorite little tentei~kun arrived. I frowned seeing as he had light circles under his eyes and seemed to be faintly wobbly..

 I had over heard that he has been ill and had asked to not come but nakamori wanted everyone who had gotten a heist note there.

I think I could have fun with this turn of events. If he falls asleep I could carry my little tentei~kun. 

I had learned from over hearing a conversation by him to someone on the phone that he was Shinichi kudo.. but I don't know the story nor if he is or not.. but I like this little guy. I think Shinichi is cuter and hotter grown then kid sized.

Wait why am I thinking about this before a heist I need to set up my traps.. before nakamori sets his.

Non POV.

Everyone waited in anticipation for tonight's event and seem to be living buzz.

When Kid appears and everyone yelled and screamed then he disappeared inside to claim his prize.

Kid found the Kid killer sleepy and trying to watch. 

"I'm going to catch you KID" nakamori yelled as kid picked up the sleepy child and took the gem with a wave of his hand.

"Stop right there and give back the kid and the stone.." hakuba another detective that has been trying to catch the phantom sense he showed up in Japan a few months back said pointing to the kid in KIDs arms.

The phantom only grind and then throw three smoke bombs of pink and purple smoke. When it cleared everyone's hair was in neon colors and they were glued to the floor.

Nakamori kebu yelled that he'll catch KID one day and ordered everyone to try to locate KID.

As for KID, he arrived on the roof with his Tentei-kun in his arms sleeping soundly. If only he know how much this was going to mean..

KID checked to gem and found the same answer that he always gets.. no glow.

Kaito gently placed Conan in a chair in side with the gem in the kids lap while kid returned to the roof and flew away.

 In the shadows away from the way kid flew..

Snake had been there with another member called fox. Fox had taken a picture of KID while he held the child and has been watching KAITO KID for a while.

Snake's pov.

"So... have any information on the kid.. i mean the child.." fox asked in a rude tone.. as we watched as Nakamora arrived at the roof and found the child and the gem fine. Nakamora did his speech as a young teen and shy looking girl took the kid down stairs.

"Its time for us to go.." I said leaving with out saying another word.
