Jisoo's POV

"Ugh... my entire body hurts..." I groaned.

I put my hand down by my side but I felt an arm.

I looked at it and saw a peaceful being sleeping.

Jennie.

"You look like a baby." I say poking her nose.

She groans and flutters her eyes slowly.

"Your awake..." She says lazily.

"Yeah. Did I disturb you?" I asked

"Actually yes. Yes you did." She stretches her arms.

"Sorry, you just looked cute when sleeping." I say.

I saw a tint of pink on her cheeks.

Cute.

"So how are you doing?" I ask.

"Great." She simply says.

I just nod.

This is awkward. I don't know what to say to her.

Ah! I know.

"How long was I out?" I ask.

"A week." She blankly says.

"Ok, wait who's-." I didn't finish my sentence.

"Irene unnie is taking care of the company." Because she interrupts.

"Oh. Well then, what are you doing here?" I ask.

"Taking care of you. The doctor said that someone should. I'm the only free person." She says.

"Sorry to be a burden to you." I look down and pursed my lips.

"It's fine. It's boring without you anyways." She says.

"Thanks for being with me all week." I say.

"No prob." She says.

"What's with the short answers? Am I that annoying?" I ask.

"To be honest, yes. Yes you are." She says coldly and annoyed.

"Cold." I pout.

She just rolls her eyes.

"Ok then. Um... can you buy me something to eat? I'm starving." I say.

"I'm tired." She whines.

"We have a contract, young lady." I gave her a warning finger.

"I don't care. Like there's a punishment or something." She says.

"I'll kiss you then. If you don't follow the contract." I say with a threatening tone.

"Your breaking my contract then." She raises her voice.

"Give me a punishment too. So that it'll be much more fairer." I say.
