Jennie's POV

I groaned in pain when I woke up having a painful hangover.

"Ugh...where am I?" I looked around the place and figured out that I was home. "What the? What happened?" I rubbed my temple.

Wait, isn't today supposed to be the day Jisoo and I go to Paris?

I chuckled bitterly at the thought.

Stop hoping, Jennie. She doesn't belong to you anymore. Looks like everything good that happens to me always has a bad ending.

Suddenly, someone opened the door making me leave my trance.

Is it Jisoo?

I quickly sat up and fixed myself to only be disappointed that it wasn't the person that I wanted to see.

"Hey, Unnie. Your awake." Chae says while holding a tray of food and medicine.

"Why are you here?" I politely say not trying to be rude.

She smiled warmly.

"I guess you didn't remember anything." She puts the tray on the bedside table.

"No, I can't remember anything except being wasted in the bar after..." The thought of Jisoo and that guy kissing came to my mind.

I shook my head and held my tears back.

I gritted my teeth trying to forget about it.

I suddenly felt a hand on my shoulder.

"Unnie, it's fine. But can you give Jisoo Unnie a chance to explain." She calmly says while handing me the medicine.

"What's to explain? I saw everything." I said coldly and I drank the medicine.

She frowns and sighs.

"You didn't see everything." She mumbles.

"What?" I asked with a confused look.

"Just give her a chance, Unnie. Jisoo Unnie is having a lot of problems these days. She isn't taking care of herself this week. She just doesn't show you that she isn't okay." Chae pats my shoulder.

"Why? What happened?" I panicked.

"Her mother got injured. Her father hates her. And she still has to deal with your break-up?" Chae tilts her head.

I looked down feeling guilty that I had to be a burden again.

"We didn't actually break up." I shyly mumbled.

Chae smiled widely.

"She's in XXX Hospital. She's taking care of her mother." She says.

"Alright." I stood up and grabbed a towel.

"Looks like Lisa and I have to plan our date in another time..." Chae whispers but loud enough to be heard by me.

My guiltiness is building up more.

I'm so selfish.

I then entered the bathroom.

I'm driving towards the hospital that Chae said.

I parked my car and headed inside.

I walked towards the counter.

"Good morning, Ma'am. How may I help you?" A nurse greets politely.

"Um...may I please know where the room of Mrs. Kim is?" I asked.
