I open the door and hugged my momma. Then we went to the living room to talk about how her business trip went.

"Enough about me. How is you And Jayceon going?" She asked.
"O my god ma," I said covering my face.
"What? I just wanna know. A mother can't ask her child how her relationship is going?" She said.
I laughed.
"I missed you ma."
"I miss you too," she said.
"Oh so you don't me," Rashawn said coming down the stairs.
"Boi she ain't never say that."
"Of course I missed you. I missed all of y'all," my momma said.
"Yeah I know. Hey ma how you been doing?" Rah said hugging her.
"I've been doing good," she said.
"I have something to tell you guys though," she said.

"I found a boyfriend," my momma said.
"Oh my god! I'm so happy for you mommy!" I said hugging.
"Oh," Rashawn said then walked away.
"Rashawn come on now."
"It's okay he'll get over it," she said.
"So what's his name? What he look like? Where you meet him at?"
She laughed.
"His name is Christopher. I met him on my business trip to Tennessee. As for what he looks like you'll see him and his son at dinner tonight," she said.
"I can't wait to meet him. I'm happy you found someone."
"Thanks baby! I wish your brother could show the same support," she said.
"I'll talk to him later. He just hasn't been in the best mood lately."
"Speaking of which I want to ask you something."
"What is it?" She said.
"Not to bring you to the past but do you know what he did for a living?"
"You mean your father? He was an entrepreneur," she said.
"Do you know any specific business opportunities he took?"
"No I never bothered asking, why?" She asked.
"No reason just curious."
"Oh okay well I'm gonna take a nap then start cooking. Would you like to help me?" She asked.
"Yep just call me when you're ready."
"Okay see you," she said heading up stairs.
