Mom and Dad

Daniel's POV

It was a Tuesday, I was laying on my bed cuddling bright, she decided to come over and Carl was sleeping with Corbyn

I softly kissed her shoulder all the way up to her jaw trying to wake her up

"Leave me alone" she says pushing me away

I grab her and lay her on top of me

"Morning," I say smiling
"No, goodnight!"

She lays her head on my chest and fake snores

I smiled wrapping my arms around her
And kissed her head lightly

"Daniel, I'm tired," she says looking up at me

I pull her up just a bit and kissed her slowly

I pull away but get pulled back into the kiss by Bright

She smiled into the kiss making me smile

As we pull away I noticed that Carl was at the door

"Bright" I say
I point over to Carl

She turns her head a bit to see Carl
"What's wrong?" She asks him

"M.mom and Dad are back" he says

My eyes widen
What is he saying

"Carl, what are you talking about?" Bright says getting up

I sit up on the bed

"C.Carl, mom and dad died.."
She crouched in front of him

"No, they didn't, I saw them!" He cries

"Carl.."

Bright hugged him tightly while he cried for his parents

I stood up and walked over to them slowly, wrapping my arms around them both

"It's gonna be ok"
