"What?" he asked, taken aback by the queen's straightforward attitude.
"I am pregnant my king." she repeated.
"And how are you so sure that the child you are carrying is mine?" she chuckled.
"Because I am not like Consort Choi my king." she said. "I am not a liar."

"You're carrying a child?" he asked. "You're carrying his child?"
"Well, who else yoongi?"
"But did he accept the child?"
"Whether he does or he doesn't, the child will be mine." she looked at him with eyes that burned. "I don't have much patience to wait for his response. He was taking too long."
"But his response was important y/n!" he stood up and went in front her, towering her figure.
She smirked and chuckled, looked up at him with confident features.
"It isn't important if I don't care yoongi." she smiled. "What matters is the child is safe and mine."

"Where is the queen?" the king asked and head eunuch lee responded with, "I have no idea Your Majesty."
"But I had seen her with His Majesty Yoongi earlier."
"Hm. But she isn't with me now." Yoongi suddenly butted in as head eunuch lee flinched. "I haven't seen her after we had a small conversation."
"Where do you think she would head to then?" Taehyung asked, looking around.
"Have you tried going to her chamber? Asking Court Lady Song?"
"Yes. I asked her. She stated that she haven't seen the queen since this morning." the king said with worry painting his voice. "Maybe I should search for her now."
Yoongi sarcastically scoffed at taehyungs concern. "Or maybe you should search for her when it's near dawn. The sun is still up so just leave her alone."
"Why don't you go and spend your time with your consort." he continued.
"But danger has no time min yoongi—"
"Just trust me kim taehyung. She told me she needed space. We should give her that for now."
