The plot revolves around the relationship between three characters - Bihaan pandey, mayank, and thapki chaurbedi.
Bihaan and mayank are childhood friends. bihaan's industrialist father balwinder pandey considers mayank as his son. bihaan is very intelligent and studious
mayank wants to be a singer, while bihaan interested in family business. he wants to extend it more.
bihaan goes to the United States to complete his MBA.
mayank and thapki get admitted in same collage and fall in love with each other in college, and start dating.
Bihaan return to india and he
falls in love with thapki at first sight, in a road, she was helping a old couple to cross the road.
he see thapki getting late for her College.
thapki asked for a lift and he happily agree. on road, bihaan get a information of thapki from her.
all family members are happy with Bihaan retur,mayank share bihaan that he is in love with a girl.
bihaan happy for mayank and asked him to meet the lucky girl.
Bihaan also tell him that he us going to give a surprise.
thapki's father is a business man and he is business associates with balwinder. bihaan see thapki in his office then get to know that they are associated with each other in business.
mayank went for a audition to another city. thapki come office nowadays and she too spent time with Bihaan.

On thapki's birthday,
mayank return,bihaan see mayank at thapki 's birthday party then he get to know that thapki and mayank are classmate. thapki father kk announces her engagement with Bihaan in mayank's presence, thapki get shocked with this announcement mayank decides to sacrifice his love for his friend Bihaan.
thapki's father want her to get married with thapki who tries to understand him that she only loves mayank.
thapki went to Bihaan and tell him that she don't love him, he loves mayank from 2 years and mayank sacrifice his love for him.
bihaan confront mayank and mayank tell Bihaan all truth.
Bihaan went to kk and make him understand that thapki will be happy with mayank and he will give his shares to mayank.
he fixes thapki marriage with mayank though he is broken from inside but gain lot respect from thapki.

she comes out and meet family members, bihaan mother died years ago, balwinder and dadi lives only.
bihaan keep himself busy with his work so he can avoid thapki, come late and went early before thapki wake up.
here thapki make a good bond with dadi and bauji.

and sent Bihaan and thapki go to Kashmir for their honeymoon..
thapki and Bihaan spent time with each other and talk little.
thapki now be normal with Bihaan.
one night, thapki and Bihaan come after outing both are breached.
and their closeness get affected on thapki for the first time.
thapki get fever because of rain, and Bihaan take care thapki a lot which make thapki to admire him.
thapki is the goodness of Bihaan, no one can so good than Bihaan.
they visited and spent the place.
one evening,thapki is in hotel.
they have a boating programme but Bihaan is missing.
bihaan is coming from a work wben robboers catch him and tries to steal things from him.
the robber over power him. a guy entered and save him from robbers.
bihaan shocked to see that guy,he is none other than mayank.
but he introduced himself as akash, a pub singer.
Bihaan get back to hotel where he tell thapki that robbers tries to rob him but a guy save him.he didn't tell that akash is look like mayank
thapki get tensed when she is injure in bihaan hand.
thapki bandages his hand. thapki notice bihaan is lost himself.
thapki:bihaan kya hua aapk kho hoi se hai, is okey abhi aap safe hai.
Bihaan :haan thok ho main.
mujhe need arahe hai.
he take his pillow when thapki stop him.
thapki :woh sofe pe pani gir gaya hai mere wajah se,
aap bed pe soo sakte hai mere saath.
Bihaan nods. both lie down on bed and feel nervous.
Bihaan hire a detective behind akash tp know who is he.
at window market,
Bihaan and thapki buy things for family.
Bihaan :thapki, tumhe jo kared na hai kared lo.yeh paise hai, mujhe kuch kaam hai.
thapki:arre,kaha ja rahe ho.
Bihaan :kilan place pe.
Bihaan and thapki talking when someone tap on his shoulder, Bihaan turn and a girl hug Bihaan tightly.
thapki feels strange or not like anyone closeness with Bihaan.
Bihaan :natasha tum..
natasha:what is this Bihaan tum kashmir aske ho aur kuch dor kilan place pe nahi aa sakte.
thapki look at Bihaan with Suspicion.
Bihaan notice this.
bihaan :natasha,.meet thapki my wife and its natasha my very good girl.
natasha:acha i have to go.
Bihaan :come,i drop you. main bhi wahan jaa raha hoon
thapki maine tumhare liye main cab hotel se bula hai,that must be coming,
okey bye.
he leaves with natasha and thapki get jealous.
later night,
when Bihaan enter thapki don't talk to him and when was about to sleep on bed. thapki remind him that the sofa is good to sleep now. its make Bihaan think thapki not happy in marriage here thapki angry because of natasha.
next day,
Bihaan bring thapki to the pub where akash work. thapki shocked to see mayank alive, bihaan tell akash thay he knows from the detective that he is mayank not any akash.
mayank admits that he is actually mayank and he survive from the accident and when he comes he is hin with Thapki,he don't want to disturb their life so he come far from them here in Kashmir.
bihaan tell mayank that they have to married because of thapki's fatehr, thapki is not happy with him, she loves mayank.
bihaan arranges for thapki and mayak to be married in mandir next day , thapki is restless with Bihaan decision. here Bihaan is broken from inside but be happy for thapki and mayank.
In the marriage,
bihaan bring thapki to the mandir for marriage and leave her saying that he is bringing something. she asked mayank and thapki to start their marriage rituals. Bihaan leave from there because he can't see thapki getting married to anyone. after Bihaan leaves.
thapki tells mayank that she loves Bihaan and can't marry him.

mayank:mujhe pata chal gaya tha, jab bihaan ne tumhare shaadi mujhe karne ke baat kiya, tab maine tumhara sakal dekha, tab pata chal gaya ke tum ab mere thapki nahi rahe, bihaan ke thapki ban gaye ho.
Just then, thapki get a call and come to know that Bihaan had been in an accident, and they rush to the hospital. thapki see Bihaan is in critical, and pray for him a Lot.
thapki :bihaan,bihan dekhe naa main yahan ho, aapke pas.
main aapse bohat pyaar karte ho,
nahi jaunge kabhi door aapse.
thapki tell all this to Bihaan,mayak hear all this and leave from there.
bihaan get conscious. thapki get happy and hug him.
he hug her back, thapki confess his love to him. bihaan get happy and confess his love for her.
both hug each other.
