The weather was cool and breezy with just the right amount of sunlight. It put me in a good mood as I hummed to myself, walking through the streets of the city. It was Sunday, the day that the shop is closed so I thought I'd spend that time to explore the city. I stopped by various shops before I ended up in front of a bakery. I bit my lip, wondering if it was Doyoung's bakery but with a deep breath and my little ounce of courage, I pushed open the door and walked in.

Sure enough, it was his. What a coincidence, right? He looked so good-looking in his apron and seeing him tend to his customers made me smile. I didn't want to bother him right away so I scanned through the different cakes and pastries.

"This one is our popular one if you would like it." A voice said close beside me.

I turned my head in surprise and nearly fainted when his face was right next to mine. He was smiling brightly as always and I became a mess. "H-hello, Doyoung."

"It's nice seeing you here, Sohee. Are you off today?" He asked, standing up straight.

I nodded, "The shop is closed today so I wanted to check out the city since I've been so busy before."
We both walked around the bakery, me looking at the bread while he followed closely behind. I couldn't look at him straight in the face, knowing it was probably red as heck. I feel awkward and embarrassed and I didn't want him to see.

"Oh that's nice. I'm actually only working half a day today and I'll be off in about an hour if you want to hang out here and wait for me so we could walk together." He said, rubbing his hands on his apron after fixing the display of his cake.

"Are you sure it's okay? I don't want to be a bother." The fact that he wanted to go with me made me all sorts of anxious.

He nodded, urging me to sit by the counter. "It'll be okay, I'll let my parents know."

During the next hour, I sat watching Doyoung help out his customers, smiling so effortlessly. It was such a sight to see. Within that hour, a few women walked in as well, and I could see their blatant flirting with the man. I frowned and looked away, not wanting to see any of that. Those women were bold, laughing and getting near him, touching his arm and such.

I sighed and looked at my phone, trying to keep myself distracted from their interactions. Once the women were gone and his shift was up, he let out a deep sigh and excused himself to the back. Within minutes, he came back out with a small smile.

"Come on, Sohee, lets go."

We walked side by side, my hand itching to take hold of his but I couldn't do that to him nor myself. "Do those women come in a lot?"

Doyoung made a face, as if he was annoyed and I bit my lip, wondering if it was a bad question to ask. He saw my face and chuckled, though. "I'm not going to bite, Sohee, relax. Those women come in every. Single. Day. They stress me out because they spend so much time there before buying the same bread every time."

"Ah..." I nodded in understanding, then smiled and giggled. "You seem to be popular everywhere you go, huh? They're definitely there to see you."

Doyoung scoffed, "If that's what you think, Sohee. Come on, let's go in here!"

He dragged me into one store then another, and another, until we've been in and out of all the stores that he recommended I check out. It was actually very enjoyable, to the point that I almost forgot all about my crush on the man.

Now the last stop was a music store. He apologized to me, saying that he really wanted to stop inside and I shook my head, telling him that it was fine. I was in awe. There were pianos and keyboards, drum sets, the guitars hanging on the walls, and everything in between - they all looked so beautiful and pristine. I couldn't help but to run my fingers along the edges of some.

Doyoung then ushered me to the back of the store with him leading the way. "Sometimes, on my free time or whenever I feel like it, I would come back here and work on covers. The store owner and I have basically become acquainted so he lets me use the studio."

"Woah..." was my only response. "I mean, ever since I heard you sing back then, I've been practicing a lot. Although I wouldn't say I'm anywhere as good as you."

Doyoung gasped, "Really? I want to hear you sing!"
I coughed, choking on air. "Maybe another time!"

He chuckled at my reaction and told me to sit down. "Okay, fair enough. But listen to this and tell me what you think."

Before I could even process anything, he began to sing. I was amazed. I mean, no doubt he could still sing but hearing it again after 10 years made me happy. His voice was still the voice of angels and I realized, once again, that I am utterly in love.
