Romano's POV
I began to tire and when I was finally outside, I climbed into a tree with what little energy I had left to hide and rest. Sweat ran down my forehead and my panting was quick and loud. I tried to calm it, but I was still shaken up.
My mind raced, and I grabbed my head with frustrated hands.
"How could she..." I said under my breath, running my hands over my face. "After all I've done for and given to her..."
"Romano!!"
I heard her call to me from below. I looked towards her and she had just closed the door to the house. She looked around frantically, her [e/c] eyes glistening with tears. Damn... she looked so good in that outfit [I thought a dress or skirt, but whatever's fine].
I shook my head. No, I was mad at her. I was really mad. Mad in love- DAMN!!
I hit the trunk of the tree and then sucked my fist as blood had been drawn. I didn't care. The pain in my heart was worse...
"Romano, please! It's-a not what you-a think!!"
She pleaded to me, begging me to come out from my hiding. So, I did. I hopped down from my perch and landed in front of her. She flinched, but then tried to hug me. But I grabbed her wrists and flung her arms away. I returned her tearsoaked face with a scowl.
Your POV
I was a bit scared when he glared at me, even when I tried to say sorry and explain. He was never this moody about something.
"Romano... I..."
"You-a what?! Kissed France!? I-a saw!! I-a saw it! Don't-a even think about trying to apoligize, Rome!"
He yelled at me... he yelled... I couldn't hold my emotions... I cried... I let my tears fall.
He just glared at me and brushed past me, his hair concealing his eyes in such a manner that I could feel his rage...
"Romano..." I whispered his name, the taste of it now bitter-sweet to my tongue...
