it seems to never end. the headaches. the kind of headaches that make you feel like a hangover times 10.

when the alarm wakes me up i go to the bathroom, in search of the advil. when i open the door, i'm met with the face of an unfamiliar girl, brushing her teeth. "i'm almost done." she mumbles awkwardly, tooth paste foaming in her mouth. "o-oh, um you're good. t-take your time." i stutter as i reach for the door handle, but by that time she already pranced through the other door, my brothers room.

of course. i roll my eyes and laugh sarcastically to myself as i grab the advil and pop 2 pills into my mouth, cupping water with my hand from the sink to wash them down my dry throat and putting the bottle into my bag. i brush my teeth and sluggishly get out the bathroom, waiting for the medicine to kick in.

i open my closet and look to see what i want to wear for school. i pick a yellow sweatshirt, ripped jeans, and some air force 1s and let my hair down.

i walk out of my room, but not before spraying some perfume on and grabbing my phone. i close my door, and started to walk down the hallway, stopping by the stairs to see grant saying goodbye to the toothbrush girl.

once i hear the door close i walk down, crossing my arms and my eyebrow raised. his back is faced towards me as he gets some water from the fridge. "who's the girl?" i question, knowing the answer anyways. he turns around and sips his drink, "just a friend."

i hum, not wanting to fight this morning. "how's your head?" he asks as i grab my keys, "it's okay. actually, do you know where Dad is? he's not in his room." i ask as he washes his cup out and grabs his phone, "oh he's out with caroline and all them." i just nod my head.

"but are you sure you're okay? bc bella was saying that you grabbed advil or something." i bite the inside of my cheek.

i guess her name is bella. i like toothbrush girl better. it has a nice ring to it.

" yes, grant i'm good. i'm actually gonna get to school, you need to too." he huffs from me not giving enough detail about my headache, "bailey harper." he warns. "love you!" i tell him as i leave the door cracked, waiting for him to say it back. "i love you too." he mumbles. when i hear it, i shut the door, walking to my white range rover.

i pull up to school, seeing people sitting outside. the nerds, the preppy, the popular, and...the jocks. the time not spent reading or doing homework, i spend gawking at them. well at him. Ethan Dolan.

the quarterback, the most popular guy in the school along with his twin, Grayson, and the boyfriend to the most popular girl, Becca Thompson.

but of course he doesn't even know i exist, even though i have 2 classes with him. and i know what you're thinking, don't get your hopes up because he'll never be into a girl like you, oh and when i say i know, i know.

Becca has been telling me that since 6th grade. but that doesn't stop me from glancing a few times.

through all the pain, his smile can make you smile. the dimples on the sides of his cheeks, his hazel eyes that sparkle like pixie dust in the sun. oh dang. i'm getting way ahead of myself.

as i walk into the doors of the school, i see him and his squad which consists of: him, grayson, cameron, jack dail, aaron c, nate, and i hate to say it but my brother. there are also some hoes that they like to play with, not including Becca, who is basically glued to Ethan's side.
