Chapter 10

Chapter 10: Talking

Yellow was quickly getting adjusted to waking up before her body did. She felt herself leaning against something warm and comforting. There were no specific smells, but she did feel the wind pick up from time to time. She was probably outside somehow.

Maybe Shiro kicked her out as soon as she fainted, highly likely honestly.

But then again Red was there and she knew he wouldn't let Shiro do that.

She was slowly gaining movement of her body and she opened her eyes a bit and she took a quick look around where she was. She was on a bench outside and she was definitely leaning on something warm and comforting.

No, scratch that.

Someone

She was leaning against Red's arm. Her eyes weren't fully opened so it looked like she was asleep, most likely anyway. She hadn't registered this before but Red was talking to someone.

Familiar voices.

Quickly, Yellow searched her mind to remember who they were until finally, the voices fit familiar faces.

Green and Blue.

They were in front of her of course but because she felt so tired, her mind wasn't processing things as fast as she normally would.

She closed her eyes fully again and stayed where she was, still leaning into the comfort.

"Explain to me again, why Yellow would come see Shiro after what he did to him?",Blue asked, clearly annoyed and confused. It was true, why DID she come here again?

Red sighed and his voice became muffled. It didn't matter to Yellow at the moment. It was a soothing sound and it helped her go right back to bed.

She'd have to apologize to Red for the trouble she's causing him already.

Yellow woke up to small movements.

She was still outside, again she could feel the air blowing at her hands and sometimes bangs. She felt her body was pressed against something hard and broad. It was odd but again, it was comforting.

She weakly opened her eyes and lifted her head, this time seeing tufts of black hair being shoved down by a red hat.

Wait-

Yellow quickly looked at where her hands were resting, her arms were slung around his neck, her legs around his torso and the reason she wasn't falling off was because he had a tight hold on her legs and was leaning forward a bit so she wouldn't fall off.

Who was he?

Red of course.

Yellow felt her face heat up fast and and was glad Red couldn't see her. However, the movement clearly alerted Red that she was awake.

Red let out a small laugh. "I see you're awake now."

Yellow grumbled quietly and leaned her head into his back to hide it, she didn't need to since Red couldn't see her but it was reflex. This made Red laugh more.

After a few seconds of silence, sleep started to claim Yellow again and she barely missed the fact that Red was talking again.

"I didn't know you had these abilities...then again I guess I wouldn't know much about the person who ran away from me before even talking",Red teased, Yellow could tell he was smiling but it didn't help her blush of embarrassment.
