Today is the very first day of our diet. We're really motivated, we want to look like all the pretty models. So what can we eat today?
🌸Breakfast: a fruit (no more than 200g), we can eat whatever we want, it may be an apple, a banana or my favourite - a peach. Enjoy your meal!
🌸Lunch: you're a little hungry but you have to survive this. Now you should drink protein shake or sweetened coffe/ with milk, if you're coffe crazy and can't survive a day without a cup of coffe. But it's really important to eat protein while dieting, it helps to lose more weight. Your protein shake shouldn't contain sugar (I mean the added sugar).
🌸 Dinner: hmm is it the right time for a big meal? Not today! Eat a fruit (no more than 200g of course) you can add one vegetable (paprika is my favourite one) and have some energy drinks or diet coke. Your chosen energy drink shouldn't contain many calories (around 10 calories is okay, no need to worry).
🌸 Supper: it's time for your last meal. You must be very hungry. Unfortunately, you can't eat a big meal. Eat a half bag of rice, eventually you can add some vegetables. Choose whatever you want, but don't eat too many veggies anyway, some of them have more calories than you think.
💪 excersice if you want, there's no need to do it. Personally I don't have enough time to do some exercises.
💪 you have to walk, min. 10 000 steps a day. It is very important.Okay, so we're done! If you ate everything what I told you to, you can be proud of yourself. See u tomorrow!
