How was your first day? Are you ready for continuing our little adventure? I know you may be hungry, but it's important to have a beautiful, slim body and feel confident in it. So let's see what I prepared for the second day!

🎀 Breakfast: a fruit (no more than 200g) as you wish, it may be an apple, a banana etc., and protein shake or coffe with milk/sweetened coffe. Today's breakfast is a little bigger, that's your prize for yesterday.

🎀Lunch: just a fruit (no more than 250g) and if you'll choose banana no more than 200g.
Remember!⛔ Do not eat avocado as your fruit! It's full of calories.
You can drink diet coke, diet energy drink or coffe/tea without sugar or milk.

🎀dinner: a corn. One of my favourite things ever. Corn is a vegetable so it's healthy and what's important; so tasty. You can add some salt but not too much. It has no calories but a big amount of salt is definitely harmful for your health.

🎀supper: Vegan bar. You can choose your own taste etc but it shouldn't have more than 200 calories. Eat just one bar. They're good and healthy.

🎀snack!: if you're hungry between your meals, have some vegetables.
