I heard the ding of the front door of the small coffee shop.
I look up to see a blonde boy with a lip ring.
he smiles at me.
That one little smile does more for me than he will ever know.
I smile back.
He sits down across from me.
"hi i'm Luke." he says and reaches a hand out.
I shake it and say "i'm Faith."
