                                                 >No one's POV<

A nice black cat sat on an eerie window sill, looking outside at the thick leafy trees of the thriving forest. That seemed to have no know end to it at this angle, moonlight glistened off the wet grass outside. the cat was longed to be free. To feel the nice cold mud through his paw pads. Run free from any humans. Run free from all the strong mean dogs in the neighborhood

In the back ground the cat can hear soft silent sobbing, the cat turned his head to see a frail human in the corner of the worn-down house. Even the scratching of mice could be heard occasionally, as they scraped around for a food source.

The human held a big piece of dirty broken glass in their skinny hand, their skin was more pale than usual. The human raised the glass shard up to there arm and dragged it across their skin, leaving a deep wound.

The cat stretched and leaped off the window sill, a thump being heard on the ground. Scarlet red blood was flowing from the humans wound. The cat darted over across the creaky wooden floor of the house over to their beloved human to potentially increase their mood. "hey midnight" a shaking voice called. Sounding from the human "it's alright. I will not be here for long kitty, but its okay." The human scratched nightmare behind his ear with the hand that was not injured.

The human watched themselves bleed and smiled widely at midnight, "goodbye kitty" was all that was heard before the human shoved the glass piece into their throat. They fell over and had trouble breathing for a couple of minutes. Midnight took the glass shard out of the human's throat, only making it worse as blood squirted out over the floor of the house.

Midnight swiftly tried to clean the humans wound as they died in their own blood, but it was too late. The life in their eyes faded to dullness as the darkness overcame them both, Midnight let out a yowl of pure terror as his fur fluffed out about the terrible fate of his owner. Midnight rasped his sandpaper feeling tongue over the human's cheek.

He felt the warm sticky feeling of blood on his paws as it soaked his fur.
