General: How do the Creeps get groceries and medications?

Creeps who look normal for the most part (i.e. Bloody Painter and Toby) are the ones to get essentials for The Dimension, disguised of course in wigs, false beauty marks, medical masks and the like. Creeps that have a abnormal appearance use a spell or glamour if they ever want to come up or if they need something specific, like period products or electronics.
