The exterior of the mansions depends on the owner's aesthetic at the time. Slender's has always been Victorian styled, Splendor's is more modern with Art Deco accents, and Trender's mansion never looks the same.
Furniture and most appliances are things that need to be bought or stolen since the mansion can only create bathrooms and ovens. All of the human looking Creeps usually have to go out and buy these when ever they break down.
