He pulls his hand from mine then turns over and lays down. My eyebrows knit together in confusion. I tap his shoulder lightly, he groans but no movement. I turn around and head for the door.

" I don't think you want to go back to sleep it's about to get fairly loud in here." I warn as I reach for the door knob.

" I don't think you want to tell me what to do!" he fires back.

Wow how did we go from handshaking to this? I open the door and slowly walk out. I give my mum a sheepish smile because she looks beyond aggravated. I nod my head towards the small corridor signaling her to follow me to get my belongings. We walk in silence, not a awkward silence, more of a relaxed one.

We continue the dreadfully long walk to her car, when I spot a couple of college kids probably drunk passing a thick cylinder like roll to one another. I walk faster to get a head of mum seeing as to how see has taken the lead, to try to block her from seeing these insane college kids not wanting her to throw a fit and make a scene.

Somehow I manage to keep her unaware of the kids as their noise grow quieter as the make there way down the other corridor.

When we finally make it to the car she unlocks it then locks it again before I could even touch the car.
