It's been a few weeks since the losers had split up. Jane was on the field she had a brace on she didn't want to have to use crutches. The bruises she covered them up with make up.

She laid on the field next to Dylan. He Martin girl asked "you ever think about life?"

Jane nodded "yeah I do, I want to be free without a care in a world, Dylan we're thirteen. I'd never thought I'd be going through all this pain. I wanna be happy, to fall in love, I wanna get married some day, have children. I want to live life knowing I won't regret any of the stuff I did. But right now I regret not talking to Richie."

"Well you shouldn't be caused you to cry. He wasn't your best friend if he just left you." Dylan says. Jane looked at the sky seeing the clouds "you know funny thing I swear I saw a big R near that make out bridge and + with a lightly written J."

"Huh? What a coincidence mine and Richie's initials." Jane says muttering. "He loves you Jane." Jane rolled her eyes "he's my best friend he loves me I mean he's said it before."

"I mean he loves you loves you." Dylan says. Jane got up as she looked as Dylan "what?" Dylan stared at he friend "one night More or say midspring Richie came over my house."

Dylan was sleeping it was around 2:34 am in the morning. She heard a light knock on her door.

Dylan Than turns to see it was Richard tozier. She got up opening the window "what the hell do...." she didn't expect it but he placed his lips onto hers as he entered her bedroom.

Dylan pushed him away "what the hell Richie!" She says quietly so her parents wouldn't hear. "Sorry, I wasn't thinking." He sat on the girls bed.

"What's wrong?" The Martin girl asked sitting next to him. "I think I love Jane." He says quietly. He took a deep breath " I fell in love with my best friend and I don't regret it at all."

"Then why the hell did you kiss me?" Dylan asked crossing her arms and looking at him.

"I wanted to see if I still kissed you, would I still feel the same about Jane and I still do, it scares me." The boy admitted. Dylan sat next to him "she loves you richie maybe not in the way you think but she loves you."

Richie got up "that's the thing! She won't understand I want to be with her! No dickbag is worthy of her love!"

"Richie...." Dylan began.

"She deserves someone who treats her like a princess unlike her first boyfriend Alex who fucking cheated on her. She was devastated for 1 week wouldn't even come out of her room. I practically had to force her to shower."

Dylan touches his shoulder "so write down pros and cons if you guys had a relationship, and write down the reasons why you fell in love with her."

"Stop being cheesy Dylan." Richie said hating the cheesiness of romance. "Come on Richie you'll understand your feelings once they are on paper."

"Wow." Was all Jane could say after hearing that. "Wow really that's all that came out of your mouth!" Dylan said getting up as Jane shrugs "what the hell am I suppose to say that I love him too because I'd be lying if I said I loved him as more than a best friend."

"I saw him yesterday he said to tell you to meet him by the quarry at 8:00pm ." Dylan says getting up as she began to walk away. Jane sighed laying on the ground.

She looked at her watch to see it was 5:34. She gets up carefully limping to town.

The denbrough girl sees Eddie at a yogurt shop alone she walked in. "Hey Ed's." She says the kaspbrak boy smiles as she walks in sitting next to him "your bruises their gone?"

Jane sighed leaning "the power of make up." Eddie smiles as he eats his yogurt "well you look beautiful." Jane groans as she looked at Eddie "thanks Ed's but I get that compliment a lot."

"Well it's true." He says. It was quite until Eddie spoke once more "I like you... a lot." Jane looked at him feeling her cheeks be a tint of red.

"What?" She questioned. Eddie repeated himself "I like you more than a friend." Jane held his non broken hand "I like you too."

Eddie felt his cheeks tint of pink. Jane got closer to him as she pecked his lips. "What about Richie?" He spoke. The brunette looked at him "he's my best friend, I'll never like him."

Jane knew she was lying to herself. She didn't know why she lied but it might've Been because people would judge her for dating Richie a boy who was repulsive and reckless.

Eddie leaned in as the two kissed once more Jane could feel her heart racing but for different reasons.

What the two didn't know outside the yogurt shop. Richie tozier watched rolling his eyes as he felt heartbroken by it. Jane smiles letting go as she turned to see the tozier boy at the window who knocked to get their attention.

Jane smile fell as she mutters "shit." Eddie looked at her than at Richie. Jane sighed "I'll be back."

She leaves the yogurt shop as Richie began walking away. "Richie!" Jane yelled across the street. He ignored her continuing to walk. "Richie!" Her voice cracked.

Soon enough she turned him around "Richie! What's wrong!" Richie looked at her as he began to yell "I wanted to apologize and than I see you sucking face with Eddie! God damn Eddie the germaphobic kid!"

Jane rolls their eyes. They were at a park and luckily they weren't any people. "And!" Richie looked at her "I love you! Their I said it I loved you since the moment you said hi to me in kindergarten!"

"Richie..." she says quietly.

"What!" He yelled.

"I never want to talk to you again, not now not ever." The brunette says crossing her arms. Richie turned as Jane noticed tears in his eyes. "Good! Because if your still looking for that fucking clown! Hopefully you fucking die!" The tozier boy says.

Jane felt hurt by his words. "Fuck you." Jane mutters slapping him as she began to walk away.

Richie watched Her, he wanted to chase her but he couldn't. So it wasn't one heart that broke that day, it was two.
