Our Risky Choice

Chapter 32

I couldn't help but smile at that. I really hope she is right about this. I want this marriage to last. I will be telling the experts that I want to stay together. I really hope he wants to do the same thing. I feel like he does.

Today Riven and I both had the day off from work. It was nice waking up with Riven beside me. He was lately working earlier shifts at work. But then there were those days he would be work really late shifts. But I know what I was getting into. I won't change it for a moment.

*Riven's POV*

So today I get my lovely wife Musa all to myself. I have the day planned and everything. I wanted to make her feel special and like queen to me. Because she is my queen even if she isn't royalty. So, I made sure everyone knows not to bother us unless it's an emergency.

"Good Morning beautiful." I said looking at Musa when I woke up.

"Good Morning." She said.

"How about some breakfast? I will cook this morning." I suggested her. But what she doesn't know is that she has no say.

"Deal. I am going to jump into the shower, and I will be right out." She told me.

I went into the kitchen to make us both breakfasts. I made an amazing breakfast if I say so myself. I took it to the bedroom. She came out the bathroom in new clothes. She smiled at me.

"I thought maybe we can have breakfast in bed." I suggested.

"Deal." She said coming back to bed.

We had amazing breakfast. After breakfast we relaxed in bed. I looked at her and smiled. I never want this moment to end. She is my everything. She has become my world.

"What? Do I have something on my face?" She asked trying to clean her face.

"No. Just look at your beauty and wondering how lucky I was." I told her.

"Stop. You are making me blush. I am the lucky one." She told.

"You are beautiful when you blush." I told her truthfully.

"Don't get me wrong. I am loving this. But we really need to get out of the bed. Get the day started." She told me.

"Fine. What are you going to be doing today?" I asked her.

"Well, I was going to work on so songs I have been waiting to get to." She answered me.

"You go do that. But no plans for tonight. I have something special planned." I told her.

"Okay. A surprise?" She asked.

"Yes. But I know you are going to love it. Just trust me." I told her.

*Musa's POV*

I just looked at him for a moment. But I do trust him. I do like surprises. I can't wait. I got dressed and went to the bay window to work on my music. Riven came over to and gave me a kiss on the top of my head. He then went out for the surprise.
