Chapter 11

JK POV:

I can't really concentrate on the itinerary for tomorrow.  I keep thinking about Paige getting sick. Maybe it really is just a stomach ache.  I hope she isn't sick.  I can't afford to get sick and neither can the other members.  It does happen sometimes but I would hate for the reason to be Paige.  She would feel really bad if she got anyone sick.

She seems to be sleeping now so I hope she will feel better tomorrow.  I need to focus if I am going to be able to do the things I need to do tomorrow.  I don't need to memorize it so I will just look it over and take it with me.  I should get some sleep too.

I walk over to Paige's side of the bed and put the back of my hand on her forehead.  She doesn't feel hot, so no fever.  Hopefully, it was just a fluke thing.  I am not going to worry about it.  I'm going to take a shower and get to bed too.  Tomorrow will be an even longer day.  

Paige POV:

I didn't even feel JK come to bed last night.  I must have been really tired.  I feel better this morning.  It looks like JK left already.  I know he has a busy day.  I will text him when I figure out what to do.  I check the weather and it looks like the weather will be pretty nice.  I decide to wear some jeans and a t-shirt.  I'll bring a sweatshirt with me in case it gets cold.  

I looked up Fishermans Wharf and it looks like there are a lot of places to eat and walk around.  A lot of places to shop for too.  It should be fun.  Some fresh air will do me some good.  I will text JK to let him know.

Paige:  I am going to head out to Fishermans Wharf.  Is there anything you want or the guys want?

JK:  How are you feeling this morning?

Paige: I'm fine.  No need to worry.  

JK: If you are sure then go have some fun being a tourist.  I will talk to the guys to see if they want anything.  And please be careful.

Paige:  How do I leave?  Just take the elevator down to the lobby?  I don't want to breach any security protocols.

JK: Don't worry about it.  I will let them know you are leaving.  Have fun!

Paige:  Thanks.  See you later. :]

JK: Later. :]

I call a cab and make my way downstairs to the lobby.  I let the doorman know that I am waiting on a cab and wait for it to arrive.  About 15 minutes later and I am on my way to Fishermans Wharf.  I am excited to get out and look around.  I am starting to get what it feels like for JK and the other members not being to explore all the time.

Since San Francisco is such a big city, it takes about 45 minutes to get there.  I ask the cab driver to drop me off at the most popular spot.  I pay him and thank him for the ride.  There are a lot of people out today.  The sun is out and its a beautiful day.  I walk down the boardwalk to the end of the pier and look out on the water.  It's a great view.  It smells like the ocean.  That's not something I get back home in Arizona.

After walking around a little while I decide to stop at a cute little restaurant for some lunch.  I order a sandwich and some fries and wait for it to arrive.  Ding!  I got a text from JK.

JK:  How's it going being a tourist?

Paige: I am having fun just walking around seeing the sights.  I got to walk to the end of the pier and see the ocean!

JK: How cool.  Are you still feeling ok?

Paige: I feel fine.  I just ordered some lunch and after I am going to check out some of the shops.

JK: Sounds good.  We will be busy for a while.  I am not sure when I will get back but I will text you.

Paige: No worries.  Do what you got to do.  I know how it works.  I will be fine.

JK: The guys said they wanted keychains.  Something unique to the wharf or San Francisco.

Paige: I think I can manage that.  

JK: I have to go.  I miss you.

Paige: Miss you more.

My food arrives and surprisingly I am really hungry.  I finish all my food and pay my bill.  I decide to just walk around to check out the shops....
