At The Beach//n.h.

Chapter 1.

I shiver through the coldness as I walk along in the dark street straight to Harry's apartment. I thank these post that giving me some lights so I can easily notice if I'm taking the right way.

'Why do it have to be so dark?' I quietly mumble and making my walk a little bit faster than the usual.

I really need to talk to Harry. I've been hearing these stories that says he is cheating on me. But I have this doubt that he wouldn't do that, he's my bestfriend after all.

When I reached the building, I quickly went to the elevator and pressed the number 3 button. When I heard the 'ting' sound I already knew that it was the elevator door so I quickly made my way to his door,

When I reached Harry's door my heart was thudding out of my chest. I can't help but feel nervous about this, I feel that the whole 'cheating' thing is a bit true beacuse he's being distant lately. Every time we hang out he always seems out of zone. There's this one time when I saw him sitting on the couch just staring blankly at the wall, he doesn't even noticed my presence that I needed to wave my hands in front of him just to notice I'm already there.

The door opened on my 3rd knock, revealing Harry. He looks tired and you can actually see the the bags under his eyes. His dark-brown curls are messy but still he manages to look good on it. I wonder if he can sleep, because if he cannot I would offer to stay for the night with him. He's just like this if he has a problem, he actually cannot even sleep even a minute without me beside him. I have to admit that I'm the only one he needs when he's experiencing this. The thought made me smile.

"Hi." His green-emerald eyes instanly lights up when he saw me and pulled me into a hug.

"Hello." I replied flashing him a smile then hugging him back. I wish we could stay like this forever.

"Why are you here? I thought you're taking exams tomorrow? Shouldn't you be reviewing?" He said pulling away but places his hand on my waist.

"Yeah, I'm already done reviewing. I just came here to ask you something."

I didn't realize we were still by his door until he pulled me and made his way to the couch and asked me to sit beside him. He moves a little closer and wraps his arms around me, my head is placed on his chest as I hug him tight.

This is one of the reason I like about Harry, he can be so clingy sometimes. I remember when we were at the park, he wouldn't let go my hand all the time so everywhere we go, whatever we do, we can only use one hand because our other hand are glued to each other.

"And what would that question be?" He asked with a chuckle.

"Stop being poet like. It doesn't suit you." I playfully replied

"Ohh, yeah? I know you love it." He smiled and kissed my forehead.

"If you say so," I rolled my eyes and chuckle. I remember the main reason why I came here and I immediately pulled away. "So yeah, the question."

"Ah yeah right. What is it?" He asks looking direcly into my eye.

"I've been hearing these stories that says you are cheating on me. I'd like to ask if it's even the tiniest true?" I asked him and placed my hand to his and rub my thumb along the back of it.

His face was shocked after my statement. But then recorvers it quickly as he looks away but still doesn't answer.

Minutes fast and he still doesn't answer and I'm beginning to shake.

I'm expecting for an answer like 'No Amey, it's not. Don't believe them because it's not true'

But that answer I was expecting never came instead the answer that I wasn't exoecting and makes my heart shatters into pieces are the ones who came

"Yes Lia, it's true."
