Chapter 6

Days, weeks, months have passed and all I did was party, getting wasted, and ruin other people's lives, like secretly putting drugs on their drinks in parties, which pretty much resulted to sex. If you already know what I mean. Some of them, I heard got knocked up. I really thought it was fun, and I'm no way in hell regretting every single bit of it.

I know I'm being a bitch, blame it all to Harry. He did this to me. He's the reason why I have changed. Why I turned into this kind of girl.  Anyways, even though all I did was party, I still didn't forget about my studies and well I actually managed to keep my grades high. I swear I don't even know how I did it, but I did.

Niall and I are really good friends now, I met him at the campus 3 months ago. Well he was kind of stalking me and I actually think it was funny. I always felt like someone was always staring at me or following me, then one day he kinda tripped while following me, he stumbled down and then I saw him. I asked him what was he doing there, but little Niall is not so good at lying and said he was just checking if the floor is okay and I think I laughed for hours. Like why would someone actually check if the floor was okay?

"Hey Lia, what's up?" Niall waves 'hi' and started to jog towards my direction

"Hey Ni, nothing much. How about you? What's up?" I looked at my side where he is now.

"I've been busy, I work now y'know?" He siad

"What? You've been working? Why didn't you tell me?" I playfully slapped his arms. Why he didn't tell me.

"Well I did now." He chuckled

"Whatever Niall." I rolled my eyes. We remain silent as we continued to walk until we reached my dorm. I pulled the key out of my bag and opened the door.

Niall continued to walk on the mini fridge and pour himself a glass of water.

"Since last week," I furrowed my eyebrows not knowing what he was talking about but I remained silent, "I applied to a cafe down the street." He said. I slowly nodded my head.

I sit at the edge of my bed, wondering where his explanation going to. He drank his water, putting the class into the sink. After that, he sat beside me.

"We're kinda having financial problem, dad was fired. He was accused by stealing some shit in their company. I know he didn't do it, we all know he didn't. Ever since Greg and I was a kid, he always reminds us not to steal something that isn't yours. For now, they can't send me my allowance so I have to work to provide my needs here." My mouth formed into an 'O' shape.

After his confession, we sat in silence. Not wanting to break the silence. I think he was in deep thought, I could see water forming in his eyes. I hugged him tightly and said, "It's going to be okay Ni."

He stayed 10 minutes more then bid goodbye. I quickly changed into comfy clothes and removed my make-up. When I'm about to walk toward my bed, my phone rang. I didn't bother to see the caller I.D. and answered the call. "Hi," I lazily said, "But Harry come back," a voice of a girl called through the other line. So it's Harry huh, and he's with a girl. Maybe he butt-called me or something.

"Look I really need to go," I heard Harry's voice on the other line. "Oh c'mon! Don't you want this?" I heard the girl's voice again. I ended the call, not wanting to hear much of their conversation. The pain suddenly come back, I'm done with this. No, no stop crying. But I can't help it. I broke down.

Hours passed, all I did was cry. I thought I was done with this? I lay down on my bed, staring at the ceiling. There were many things that were running in my mind. Like who's the girl he was talking to, the voice seems very familiar though but I can't pinpoint whose voice was it. As I stare at the ceiling, I came up with a dumb idea, and I have no assurance that it would work. I brushed the thought and closed my eyes. Drifting myself to sleep.
