There were boys EVERYWHERE.

I didn't see one girl but I just counted 8 boys. There may be a female other than me and Carol roaming around here somewhere.

"BOYS COME TO THE LIVING ROOM NOW!!!" Carol's husband yelled out.

A stampede of feet came tumbling down the steps in urgency.

"WHO DIED"
"WHAT'S ON FIRE"
"JAYSON DID IT"
"NO I DIDN'T JERK"
"who's the hottie?"

"BOYS, please lower your voice. Remember I said I was taking in a close friends kid for a year or two? Well this is her. Boys meet Niyah Lee King. Your dad's best friends daughter."

12......There are 12 of them......Not one hint of estrogen other than me and Carol sat in this room. Straight Testosterone. And to top it off they were fucking hot as hell. Like Calvin Klein models hot. WTF.

"Hello." That's all I could muster out with an awkward half wave. To make matters worse, I pushed my glasses up like the fucking geek I was. I'm so weird.

"Hey, I'm Leo, how old are you?" The tallest male asked me. He stood at least 6'2 with blue eyes and red hair. He also had deep dimples when he smiled. He was gorgeous.

"I'm 17."

"Bet." He smirked and winked at me. I never blushed so hard in my life. If he didn't stop staring at me, I swear i was gonna die.

"I'm Apollo and this is my twin brother Ace." Two boys stepped out and took my hands before kissing the back of them and smiling at me. I believe I'm in heaven. Or a sick twisted version of hell.

"I'm Cason and he's Leroy. As you can see we are twins as well, but obviously I'm the better looking twin." Cason said with a wink and a grin.

"We are identical asshat." Leroy barked from behind his brother but quieted down when Carol popped him for cussing.

"I'm Jayson it's very nice to meet you. You are very beautiful." I can tell he's one of the adopted kids because he's a big glass of tall, dark, and handsome. He stood at 6'0 with dark brown eyes and he had a up-do ponytail. I think I'm in love.

"Hey I'm Michelangelo, this is Giovani, and this is Raphael. We are triplets as you can see hopefully." They were all identical and look like they came from Italy. Must be adopted as well like Jayson. I nod in their direction in acknowledgement.

There are 3 more left and they look exactly like Carol and her husband. So Jayson, Raphael, Giovani, and Michelangelo are the adopted kids and the rest are hers. Slowly coming together.

"Hey love I'm Oliver, this is Ricky, and lastly victor." All three waved shyly. Those are my type of humans. The shy type. My speed.

"It's nice to meet you all. Y'all seem like really cool people." That's all I can get out. I'm pretty proud of myself for that much considering that I can't even think with such beauties in my presence.

"Niyah will be sleeping in the bedroom in the attic. Two of y'all need to help her set up when her stuff gets here tomorrow. Dinner will be ready at 8:00 till then get to know each other."
Carol walked into the kitchen and her husband escaped into what is looked to be a man cave.

12 boys alone with me. The shyest person in the world. I was basically standing awkwardly in the middle of the room while all of them sat down.

"Apollo let Niyah sit please." Ace asked his brother.

Apollo got up and sat on the floor next to the couch while I went to sit where he was just sitting. The seat was just about warm. Disgusting.

"Soo Niyah where are you from?
You got a boyfriend?
What's your ideal type when it comes to guys? You a senior right?"

Questions we're being shot out left and right. Jayson told everyone to calm down so I could answer the ones that were already asked.

"I'm from New York. Harlem to be exact. No I don't have a boyfriend and I never really been interested in dating and yes I'm a senior." I replied lazily. Who knew socializing could take so much energy. I feel a nap being needed pretty soon.

"How can someone as beautiful as you not have a guy rolling at your feet?" Leo asked in amazement. They act like I'm a goddess. They haven't took a good look in the mirror because they were masterpieces.

"I've always found books more interesting than the opposite sex. I've always been that way and I don't think I'm changing anytime soon."

All of the boys looked at each other before smirking. I had a horrible feeling about that look on their faces.

A very horrible feeling.
