"Where are we going?" Taehyung asked impatiently as Jungkook drove.
"It's a surprise Tae, I already told you." Jungkook laughed. Tae frowned and put his hand on Kookie's thigh.
"Please tell me." He whined, and Jungkook sighed.
"We're almost there."

Jungkook stopped outside of a fancy-looking restaurant, and Tae was suddenly feeling very nervous. Jungkook got out of the car and went over to open Tae's door for him.
"Come on then." He said, and watched as Taehyung got out of the car. Jungkook had reserved a table for two, and they were taken immediately to their seats.

After they had been served they said thankyou to the waitress. Taehyung looked up and realised Jungkook was staring at him with a trance-like expression.
"What?" Taehyung asked, smiling shyly.
"You're... really good looking." Jungkook blurted out, before hiding behind the menu because he felt a little shy. Taehyung just giggled at him and pulled the menu down.

"So are you." Taehyung smiled, and Jungkook did his bunny smile. Jungkook never felt this way. He was always serious and stern, but when he met Tae he felt more comfortable and shy.
'And... he's adorable' Tae thought to himself, smiling at the man who sat across from him.

They chatted until their food came, which wasn't very long because the service in the restaurant was surprisingly quick, no matter how busy it was. They ate deliciously and had a lovely evening, feeling like they had known each other forever. The food was amazing, but they couldn't take their eyes off of each other, giggling every now and again, and telling random jokes. Taehyung thought about Ranjou, and how he never made him feel this way.

"Jungkook?" Tae said suddenly.
"Mmhmm?" Jungkook hummed.
"Can I say something?" Taehyung asked, and Jungkook set down his chopsticks and nodded.
"Clearly I've not had a great experience with dating, but I never felt the way I do with you when I was with Ranjou. As cheesy as it sounds, I feel like this is going to be way different, and you make me happy.  You're look great, and I was just thinking about how lucky I am to have you. Promise me you'll never cheat on me, because I really love you." Taehyung admitted, getting a little nervous.

Jungkook was so touched by what Tae said, and he held Tae's hand over the table.
"Of course I will never cheat on you. Why would I cheat on the perfect boyfriend? It makes no sense, because you make me really happy too. You help me to loosen up, and I love you so much." Jungkook replied, squeezing Taehyung's hand. They smiled at each other, but they were interrupted by the waitress.

"Here's your bill gentlemen. Have a pleasant evening." She said, before walking off. Taehyung's eyes widened and he frowned when he saw the bill.
"How much?! My goodness, I don't earn that much in a week!" Tae exclaimed, and Jungkook just got some cash out and put it on the table with a chuckle.
"Done, we've paid. And don't say anything about the cost, it means nothing because I've had a wonderful night. Now let's get out of here." Jungkook said, grabbing a flabbergasted Tae's hand and dragging him out of the restaurant.

They decided to go on a little walk before heading back to Taehyung's house. The night sky had not a cloud in sight, and the stars were completely visible. They walked together through the moonlit streets. Taehyung remembers what had happened the other night, and walking in the dark now scared him a little. He felt safer now that he was with Jungkook, but he was still a little tense.

"Jungkook, what would you do if someone jumped out at us now?" Taehyung asked curiously.
"I would tell them to get away from you or else I'll get my taser out. And if that doesn't work, these muscles aren't just for show." Jungkook said, flexing his muscles playfully. Taehyung chuckled and playfully punch Jungkook's well-toned chest.

They found a nice grassy area and decided to lie on the grass next to each other, and look at the stars, with no one else around.
"Wow, the sky is so pretty." Taehyung gasped, spotting constellations.
'Just like you' jungkook thought in his head.
"It really is." Jungkook agreed, before turning to Taehyung.
"Thanks Tae, for tonight. I've never been on a date before, and I hope to go on more with you in the future. I'm glad you were my first." Jungkook whispered, and Tae turned to him.
"Me too Kookie."

The air was starting to get a little cold, and they decided it was time to leave. Jungkook stood up, before helping Tae up, but he pulled him close. Their faces were almost touching, and Tae blushed as he felt Jungkook's warm breath on his cheek. Before he knew it, their lips were moving slowly towards each other.

Jungkook placed his hands on Tae's waist and Taehyung put his arms around Jungkook's neck and they kissed passionately, their lips moving perfectly in sync. They had never felt anything like this before, but it was almost as if a spark had been set off in their hearts. As cliche as it sounds, that's exactly what it felt like. After a little while, they pulled away, smiling.

"Wow I love you." Jungkook muttered, his forehead touching Tae's. Taehyung's cheeks flushed red.
"Are you sure you've never kissed before?" Tae joked, and Jungkook smirked.
"Mmhmm. You're my first." Jungkook smiled, and Tae hugged him tightly.
"Ah this is perfect, I love you so much you dork." Taehyung said, giggling.
"And I love you too, you punk." Jungkook laughed, reaching for Tae's hand.

They went back home together, and Jungkook sat on the sofa while Taehyung went to get ready for bed. He had just finished getting changed, and he came out of his bedroom only to find Jungkook sound asleep on the sofa. He cooed at the sight, before helping him get changed into his pyjamas. He then picked Jungkook up and carried him into his room, placing him gently on the bed and lying next to him.

Taehyung smiled at his sleeping boyfriend, and he gently stroked the long strands of hair out of his face.
"Goodnight bunny." Tae whispered, thinking that Jungkook was asleep.
"Bunny?" Jungkook questioned, smirking in his tired state. Taehyung got immediately flustered, he wasn't expecting a reply.

"I- I thought you were asleep." Taehyung muttered, but Jungkook just smiled slightly with his eyes closed.
"Nah, i like bunny. It's like what you called me when we were little. You should use it more often, baby." Jungkook mumbled, making Tae roll his eyes and smile, and he pulled Jungkook closer to him and pecked his nose. Jungkook snuggled into Tae's chest and made himself comfortable. It wasn't long before Taehyung heard soft snores coming from him, and he also fell asleep, ready for court the next day.
