spend time with yourself
don't spend time by yourself;spend time with yourself. that way you get to get to understand yourself more. whether this be by journaling, drawing, making music or anything that you like to do.identify your happiness.
once you've identified and begun to use your outlet for your negative thoughts, have that person help you identify the positives in your life. it could be anything from talking to a trusted friend to listening to music.find your sources of toxicity.
it could be living in a friend or an activity that you have to do everyday. whatever it is, identify it and stray away from it. this could take anywhere from just a week or so to a couple monthspractice self love
this can be anything from talking to yourself or taking a warm relaxing bath. do whatever puts you in a good mind set. make sure to keep yourself grounded at all times so you don't stray away from yourself.practice loving others (better if you love yourself first (: )
once you have built up enough love for yourself, it may be gratifying for you to spread that love to the people around you. help them through the process of focusing on themselves, too. i promise, they'll appreciate it.be no one but yourself.
the last thing i can say is don't try to act like someone else to feel more personal. you will learn to love yourself and spend more time on yourself. you don't have to be someone else to love who you are.i'm on wattpad because i'm taking a small hiatus from large media apps such as instagram,facebook,snapchat etcetera . :) it's mainly for myself and to put myself in a better mindset
