Jace's pov

He was a wreck. Everyone was.

The reuniting of the families didn't go at ALL like everyone expected.

The females of BloodLust that proved to be the missing children from both the warrior and royal pack weren't really all sunshine after all.

They were hard, strong fighters that rival even his warriors in skill.

As soon as their parents or brothers told them that they were family, all hell broke loose.

They kept screaming and growling at their families that they were traitors and cowards that betrayed them cause they left them at Damon's old fortress when the escape happened.

If it wasn't for Charon that was now alpha of BloodLust after Lionesse handed him the reins before she was......taken, then the females would've attacked their frozen from shock families and most likely killed them.

Tommy and Mark had to drag their mates Sarah and Kiera that were on the verge of shifting out, while they thrashed, cursed and growled at their parents that were the old warrior gammas before Tommy and Mark took over.

Reia, that came back from the royal pack face red with rage, ran over to her mate, kye, and just kept hugging him tight saying that she was the royal beta's daughter.

Jace was shocked but could not blame them for hating them so much.

They were indeed cowards that forgot about them cause they were so damn busy escaping.

He screamed and fell to his knees imagining how much hate His Lion would hold against him from all people.

Suddenly a frustrated growl errupted from someone.

Silence grew around them and everyone turned to look at Dante.

He was holding his mate close and yelled,

"Everyone shut up right NOW. I know how you all feel. I know that you are ANGRY. That you feel betrayed and abandoned by the people closest to you. But you don't know what really happened. That we thought, no, we were told and stupidly believed that you were all sent somewhere else. We did not know and i lived for 226 years watching your parents live in grief and agony, mourning the loss of their beloved daughters. Alpha Charles and Luna Esme wished for death everyday they woke up to thinking that their daughter was dead and our old gammas, your parents Sarah and Kiera, spent sleepless nights and mourn daily thinking that you were dead and Reia, the royal beta tried to kill himself many times, because after he lost his mate at your birth, he had no one but you and couldn't live knowing that you were dead too. I myself lived my whole life, torturing myself with the GUILT that i couldn't save the girl that saved ME. That cleaned my wounds in the old days and that sang to me to help me forget my pain. The woman that saved my life a week or two ago when the vampires stabbed me. I don't know most of you, but i did know Lionesse. Your alpha. Your saviour as i was told. But look around you. She is NOT here. She is with that SICK filth that caused us all such horrors. And only God knows what he is doi- ...... well you understand what i mean. We need to put away our differences for now and hopefully one day you could forgive us. But now we need your help. If you could tell us anything, anything at all that you remember, please share it even if it WAS painful. We need to save her as soon as possible"
