Leaving Behind My Heart

      Next morning Yunlan was surprised Shen Wei is already at his door ready to go to school.

     As always Shen Wei ride at the back of Yunlan's bicycle while he drive. Shen Wei was so happy  in hugging his best friend at the waist while inhaling Yunlan scent. The other one is having the happy life he want with his best friend on his side not knowing he will have the bad news that will change his life forever.

     As class started, Shen Wei will always prepare the note books and books of both of them while Yunlan, gave them each ballpen and eraser. Their classmate look at them with curious eyes even Yezun. "They're playing like a loving couple instead of best friends? This is getting weirder and weirder?" Said Yezun to himself.

     As the class started, Yunlan was pretty bored on the teacher discussion and sometimes fall asleep. As the teacher see this. He throw a eraser  to him. Shen Wei seeing this he quickly catch it before it hit Yunlan, making the students clapped. As the teacher got furious, "This two!" He said to himself.

    When lunch time came as the two move upstair toward the upper deck. As they eat their lunch. "Yunlan I have to tell you something?" He said to him while spoon feeding him with his pork chops. "What?" Yunlan ask. "I'm leaving for America tomorrow!" He suddenly said.

     That made Yunlan choked his food, as Shen Wei gave him a drink. "But why?" He worriedly ask. "My family is gonna live there! And I don't know if I can ever come back!" He said with teary eyed. Yunlan can't believe it. He suddenly stand up.

     "Maybe you can live with us?! Tell that to your parents!" Yunlan said. That made Shen Wei blushed, "You know I can't?" As he can't looked to Yunlan. Suddenly something  wet drop from Shen Wei's hand as he looked up. Yunlan was crying.

      "Don't leave! Tell your father you gonna finish highschool and college here! Just don't go!" As he hold Shen Wei's hand. Shen Wei suddenly shiver from Yunlan's hold. "Will you wait for me Yunlan? Will you?" As tear drop fall in his eyes. He suddenly gave Yunlan a piece of paper. "Would you sign this for me.  That you wouldn't forget me!"

     Yunlan on the other hand can't seem to think, because he gonna loose his best buddy. And sign it without thinking. As he held Shen Wei in his arms. "I'm gonna miss you!" Said Yunlan. While Shen Wei embrace him back. "I'm gonna miss you too!" Shen Wei said.

     When they came back to class everybody was looking at them. For they know what happened. Yezun was bragging that they will leave for the U.S.A tomorrow. As they notice the two have lost they're happiness and seems like a zombie in their seats.

    An hour pass, As Yunlan lift Shen Wei at the back of his bicycle and about to ride toward Shen Wei's home. Suddenly Yunlan went to a different detour. Making Shen Wei surprised in were they're going.

      Yunlan drive toward his special place to the middle of the forest were there's a small tree house up on a tree branch. As both climb into it. They saw their town and mountains. "I never know you have a tree house here?!" Shen Wei ask.

     "It was supposed to be a surprise for your birthday, our birthday!" For Shen Wei's birthday is Yunlan's birthday as well. "But now I'm just gonna celebrate it alone here!" As he hold Shen Wei's hand. Shen Wei was a little bit sad for it. "Yunlan! We can message each other at the internet! So don't be sad about it!" Said Shen Wei but Yunlan won't look at him.

     When Shen Wei came back to their house, Yunlan won't even look at him for the last time.

     Next morning, when Shen Wei was about to leave the house. Shen Wei looked around waiting for someone. But Yunlan never came to bid goodbye to him. As he went to the car and speed away toward the airport.

     It's been days, months and years. Shen Wei waited for Yunlan to call him or text him even but no Yunlan called. Yezun getting worried for his twins. "Gege maybe Yunlan is just busy!" But Shen Wei is still hoping he would call him or greet him in his birthday.

       Years pass by, as Yunlan gone to college with new friends on his side and his the most popular college student in the school. Every girls want to date him and every guys envy him.

     Nothing can go wrong in his life again when suddenly their professor introduce them to a new student who just transferred from the America. Yunlan can't believe what he see. His ex best friend became a stunning beautiful guy. Every women squeal seeing a handsome guy like him. While the men wyn, "Not again!" They say.

     "Yunlan! What do you do now? That new guy is trying to take your title away!" Said one of his friend. "Yunlan don't listen to them! That guy is doing nothing to you!" Said Da quing. Da quing his new best friend when Shen Wei left him.

     Suddenly the new guy walk toward Yunlan. "Yunlan!" As he smiled to him. "Yunlan do you know him?" They ask. "No!" As Yunlan look the other way. That made Shen Wei a little bit sad and sat behind them. "Yunlan! Why are you so rude to him?" Da quing ask. "Sorry about my friend behavior! Hi! I'm Da quing! Yunlan's best friend in the whole world!" He said as he gave his hand to shake to Shen Wei.

    Shen Wei face change, "Your the new best friend of  Yunlan!" He almost shout. Forgetting their in the class. "Please be quiet  there or all of you will get out of my class!" The professor said.

     As Shen Wei sit back he tried to hold back his anger and clench his fist. "You have forgotten and already replace me! You'll be sorry for what you did! And begging me to come back!" As he whispered to himself. Da quing looked puzzled to him as his hand still hang waiting for Shen Wei to shake it.
