Prologue - To Tired to Care

Another day and that means that bug is going to be yelling again. I guess it doesn't matter since I sleep through his lectures soundly. Everyone was nervously loading their guns and talking about a plan. Something about how they were all going to shoot him in a surprise attack. *Yawn* "It's not going to work though." I put my head down my desk to get some sleep but before I could fall into the deepest of slumbers someone put something on my desk. I looked up and it was someone with blue hair. Now what was his name again? "I don't know if you remember but my name is Nagisa. I noticed you didn't bring s gun or knife today so I grabbed an extra pair for you.".

He noticed I didn't bring it? Keen eye but I may be giving him to much credit. "Thanks but no thanks. I'm not planning on killing that bug. I'll just be sleeping while you all waste your time." I shoved the gun back towards him but decided to keep the knife. "Have fun with your shoot." I laid back down and fell asleep. Trying to kill that bug... Why couldn't I just sleep all my life but now we have to kill that thing before he blows up the world?

(Flashback)

I woke up from all the screaming that was going on! I looked at everyone else but they weren't doing it. Why was the teacher doing it then? She is usually so quiet..... What is that? There was some giant blob of yellow in the front of the classroom with some men in suits. I got up from my seat ignoring everyone who was talking and even staring at me. The blob and suits were staring as a walked right up to the front of the room. "Hey blob. Give me your hand." The blob seemed nervous and confused but he extended what was a tentacle of sorts. I took his hand and pulled him forward. "If you keep yelling like that then I might just have to kill you. Some people need their daily sleep and you aren't making it easier on those people. So shut the hell up!" I let go of him and walked back to my seat where I fell back into a deep sleep.

(Present)

"What the? How did he do that?!" I woke up to yells just like before and now I was getting annoyed. Why was this class so loud? I noticed everyone was looking towards me then I noticed the bug who was standing near me without one of his tentacles. Hehehe... Guess he tried shaking me awake. "That's what you get bug. Don't try touching me again otherwise you'll be losing more that a hand." I was awake and lunch was soon approaching. My stomach had the fumbles and that meant it was sweets time. The bug left the classroom talking about something that involved China while I went outside for some peace and quiet. Eating sweets alone is always my favorite time of the day. I sat down near a tree opposite of the building when I noticed.... Nagisa? And some other guys come out of the building together. Nagisa pulled out a notebook and started to talk about something I couldn't hear but it seemed like the leader of the group wasn't interested. He handed Nagisa something and proceeded to walk back inside with the other two. "What the hell are they planning?" I better make sure it's nothing to annoying as to awake me.

I shocked some of the sweets into my mouth then approached Nagisa. "What did they give you? It better not be something loud or annoying." "(Y/N)? Were you watching us just now?!" "No. I was eating and saw you four come outside. I just don't want to be awoken again. But..." I grabbed him by his collar and pulled him forward. "If you plan on doing something stupid and reckless I don't recommend it. I'll personally cripple you so you can't ever act like that again." I let him go and after shaking away his scared expression he went back inside. "Easy." I pulled out the toy grenade that was around his neck. I didn't get the rope but at least I got this. *Yawn* "I'll deal with it later. Might as well just put it away for now. Maybe a kid could enjoy it or something childish like that. What a stupid prank to play on him." I put the toy grenade into my shirt pocket and went back inside just in time for the bug to return. I put my head on my desk and went back to sleep while he started to lecture again.

"Tentacles.... In the garden!?!?" I woke up in a cold sweat and everyone was staring at me with shock. "What! It was just a bad dream." Everyone just breathed a heavy sigh and went back to work. Though Nagisa got up from his desk and approached the bug? What was he planning on doing. He walked up to the bug and went he was close he tried stabbing him but he was stopped obviously. "That won't Nagisa. You'll have to try something else." But without saying a word Nagisa jus threw himself at the bug! "Hahaha! That reward is as good as ours now!" The big grunt of a leader from before pulled out what looked to be a detonator!  That means... That grenade is actually a live one!

(Nagisa POV)

I waited for the explosion to go off but nothing happened. Instead we all heard an explosion behind us and it was from (Y/N)'s desk! How did he have the grenade? Unless he grabbed it when he pulled me by the collar! Was he just trying to help me or did he not know what he had grabbed from my neck?! Our teacher seems the most shocked out of everyone since he didn't even have enough time to react to what just happened. We all rushed over to where the explosion went off and it seems things were more serious then we thought.

The window was broken and when we ran outside we saw (Y/N) lying on the ground and while there was hardly any serious damage it was still enough to warrant a hospital. "Not... A toy but a real one... I didn't see that coming." He started to move and stood up slowing but as people went to help him he yelled at them to stay back. "Nagisa! Come here, I'll need your help. We need to go to the teachers lounge." What? "We can't waste time! You need a hospital!" The teacher went to help him but his tentacles just bursted like before. "Ain't happening bug! The bleeding ain't that bad... It's something much worse. Now let's hurry Nagisa!" I took him by the shoulder and I helped him into the building to the teachers lounge. I sat him down on a seat and awaited further instructions. "Now take this." He handed me a shot of something. "Now stab me right in the heart... And hurry." He seemed to be going into shock or something worse. I did as he said and after waiting a second his eyes opened back up and he seemed fine.

"Thanks Nagisa. You just saved me life but now you know my secret." His secret? Wait is he talking about... What I heard? "So now I suppose I only have one choice as to how to deal with you.
