There is no other choice here. In order for mutants and younger human children to be safe, they must be sent away from New York. Leonardo was not very happy about this idea, but it was the only way he and his brothers will remain safe.

Their bags are packed, their beds are empty, and they don't have any idea when they will return to New York.

At a train station, which had been built many years ago, people were chattering and hollering through the crowds to say their final goodbyes to their children.

Leo could see a few young animal mutants holding their backpacks, human children crying, and a few other teenagers with their siblings or cousins. The mutant turtle turns to his father, seeing that Splinter hated every moment of this. He's raised his sons since they were babies, and to have to send them away broke his heart-- it's for the best, though.

"Dad," Leo said with his large backpack on his shell, unsure what else to say. Immediately, he felt his father embrace him tightly, hearing his voice.

"Be strong, Leonardo. Protect your brothers, please." Splinter says to him, believing that his eldest will do a great job at taking care of them.

"I will, Dad," Leo mumbled, his eyes watering.

"Good man." Says Splinter, looking at his other three sons who he has already said goodbye to. "All right... Off you go."

A man by the trains called out for the next boarders. "All aboard! All aboard!"

Leonardo gestured for his brothers to follow him to the train where they will be transported to an unknown location in the States, far from the chaos. To be honest, the Brothers were not sure if this boarding ticket was keeping them in the US. For all they know, they could be heading to Canada.

The eldest brother led his brothers to the train, showing the workers of the train their passes before boarding the narrow transportation. As they boarded, Mikey was taking it the hardest since he is the youngest of his brothers. Donnie would be there to comfort him when he needed it and said that things will get better soon.

The mutant brothers saw many children and teenagers sitting in their seats, looking gloomy and angry that they had to be sent away. They would hold a stuffed animal in their lap or clutch their backpacks.

Leo found a compartment in the train, stuffing his pack into the large cubby and helping his brothers place their belongings into the cubby, too. As soon as they were situated and sat down at a window seat., they could see Splinter standing outside. "Guys," Leo says to his siblings. "There's Dad." He opened the train window and waved.

Donnie got up from his seat and waved, too. "Bye, Dad!"

"Bye!" Raph called with Mikey.

"Goodbye, my sons!" Splinter waved, trying to smile with tears in his eyes.

As the train jerked forward and the whistle blew, more children and teens piled against the window to bid farewell to their families. "Bye, mommy! I love you!" a child called.

"Bye, Aunt Laura!" Says another.

The train is picking up the pace and Splinter was waving for as long as he could. The rat could see the train was going farther down the tracks and so were his sons' hands. Pretty soon, Splinter would no longer see the train and hoped his children would be okay on their own for a while.

The Brothers sat in their sits with their luggage above their heads inside the same compartment. They were silent as they look out the window to see many different outside settings; trees and fields are everywhere, and so are farms and small houses. Mountains could be seen far from the train, and birds flew by. And apparently, this train actually is heading up north to Canada where a temporary home waited for the Brothers.
