"What the fu—"

"Felix, watch your language!"

"How am I supposed to do that when I just heard you call Chris 'daddy'?! Watching my language is my last priority right now!"

Jeongin covered his face with his sleeves as he tried to talk over the shouting. "Chan, do you want to go for a walk?"

The campers teased the two. "You're just gonna go make out somewhere," Changbin said.

"Chris and Jeongin, sitting in a tree," Felix sang. He was interrupted by Chan pushing past him, bumping his shoulder.

He grabbed Jeongin's non-injured hand on his way out and made a quick exit, hoping to avoid further embarrassment. They marched off, both still too flustered to think properly. They finally stopped to catch their breath and sat down on a grassy hill that overlooked the camp.

Jeongin sighed as he lay down on his back, smiling as he felt the sunlight on his face. Chan simply watched the boy. He seemed so calm and at peace in that moment, and he seemed to glow in the midmorning sun.

"Hey, remember the other night when you said you'd tell me a secret if I told you mine?"

Jeongin nodded, but didn't open his eyes.

"Tell me a secret."

Jeongin sat up quietly as he pondered in his mind what he would tell Chan. While lost in thought, he didn't even notice that Chan had sat right in front of him and was removing grass and small flowers from the older boy's hair. Jeongin's eyes opened slowly as he had decided what secret to share with Chan.
"I'm twenty, and I still haven't had my first kiss," he admitted.

Chan was shocked by his own confidence as he spoke without thinking. "Do you want to?"
