"So," Jackson said, wiggling his eyebrows. "You look awfully smug; what happened out there?"

Chan sighed and smiled.

"You kissed him again, didn't you?" Jisung teased. The whole table whooped and hollered, not even needing an answer to know what had happened.

From outside, Jeongin heard the shouting and assumed that meant Chan had told them what happened. Contrary to what he had expected, he actually didn't mind people knowing; he was happy regardless of how much he was teased for how he was with Chan. He smiled shyly as he thought back on the day's events and plucked a tiny flower from the grass.

The table went silent as the door opened again and Jeongin walked in, staring at the ground as he did. Chan, Jeongin, and Jackson's campers all followed Jeongin with their eyes. A collective gasp was heard from the table as Jeongin walked up behind Chan and rested a hand on his shoulder. He briefly kissed Chan's neck before tucking the flower in his hair.

Even Chan was in shock. He froze and looked up at Jeongin, who quietly returned to his seat and refused to look at anyone though he could feel Chan's eyes on him. The tense air remained that way until Felix started screaming.

"Chris," he shouted, "You guys are so cute! Have you told your mom yet? Have you told my mom yet? Can I tell them?!"

Chan's eyes narrowed. "No, you can't tell them. Why would I tell your mom, anyway?"

"Your mom tells my mom everything. She'd have heard it regardless."

"Chan," Hyunjin sang, "Why won't you let Felix tell them? Are you embarrassed?" He punched the older boy's shoulder as all the campers began snickering quietly.

Chan was visibly uncomfortable. Jeongin, though still flustered, ran to the boy's side to comfort him. He took Chan's hand in his own and squeezed reassuringly.

"Felix, my mom still thinks I like girls."

And with that, he stood and left with Jeongin by his side, still hand in hand.
